River walked to the truck to see that Bella wasn't there waiting, but Alice was waiting there instead.

The pixie like girl perked when she saw River, "Afternoon! I was told to let you know that Edward took Bella home, she fainted in class while they were blood typing," she explained.

"Okay... That was not on my agenda for the day, thank you for telling me Alice!" River spoke in a confused manor, but just went with it. She didn't get to respond because Alice was gone when she turned back around from putting her bag into the truck, now even more confused she just drove off. But it tracks for Bella, she was always squeamish when it came to blood.

Another thing that was on her mind was the upcoming trip to La Push this weekend, she was practically forced to go by Jessica. River honestly wasn't in the mood for this but there was no choice, besides Jake might show up. The last time he was over she was napping and the other Swan's didn't think to wake her up, considering that was when Charlie was giving Bella the truck. It was true River didn't care for driving trucks. but it still would've been nice to catch up with the Blacks. This made her think it was the perfect chance to send him a text telling him about their plans, making sure he knew.

When she pulled up to their house and Bella was making dinner, stopping when she heard River coming inside. They both paused, unsure who was going to break the silence. River knew she wasn't going to do it, besides Bella is the one who caused their fight.

So Bella spoke first, "Sorry you had to drive back. They were blood typing in Bio and you know how I get."

River was hanging up her jacket and hummed in response, still not wanting to talk.

Bella continued, "How was your day?" She tried once more.

That's when River looked at her fully, steel blue eyes full of fury, anger flowing through her. All she asked was about her day? Why wouldn't she just apologize already, the nerve honestly.

"You're going to ask about my day?" She spoke incredulously.

Bella looked confused by Rivers reaction to her question, "Uh... Yes?"

"My day was grand Isabella," River responded to her oblivious sister. She was about to storm up the stairs when it was like a flash bulb lit over Bellas face and rushed to River forgetting about their dinner.

"You know I was just upset yesterday right? I honestly didn't think you were still pissed about what I said," Bella explained hurriedly.

"You were upset," River spoke slowly, "So you called me a drunken whore because I told you no. Because I don't want to be that weird loner with her sister, who just follows her word like it's gospel and does everything with her."

Bella looked repulsed by what River had said and she should be. "River, I would not ever want you to think about me like that. you're free to do what you want, I just thought with this new school you'd be more inclined not to go."

"Why are you acting like this town means I have to be more like you?" River asked anger in her tone full force.

"I'm not honestly," Bella told her in a way that made River shiver in disgust.

"You're turning into the biggest gaslighter on the earth Isabella," were Rivers final words and storming up to her room.

Once her door shut tears rolled down her face, she didn't understand why Bella was being a bitch all of the sudden. She never was like this when they were with their mom and it was truly heart wrenching for River.

Ever since she met that Edward boy she'd change and River was not a fan. But what she could do about it, and that was nothing Bella can keep digging this whole with her unless she ever apologizes.
