Warn them,
warn all the self-haters
the heart-punctured
the fearful-hiders
the seemingly-unwanted
"Share your worries with a friend
and watch them drift away."
For that is the right thing to say.
That's what not only they, but you need to hear
Because it may ease your fear
Because when life gives you a tug
Sometimes you just need a hug
