PAST

You were running behind them with your clutch in your hands.
Yn:"I'm going to k!ll both of you today."

You shouted on top of your lungs but that made them laugh even more.
Jungkook (running ahead):"Keep trying shorty."

You scoffed and looked at Soyeon who was grinning at you.
Yn(now running behind her):"Stop there you little-"

She ran and hid behind Jungkook.
Soyeon:"Unnie, it was oppa's plan I swear."

You glared at Jungkook and he laughed lightly before glaring back at Soyeon.
Jungkook:"Betrayer, you gave the idea."

Soyeon:"But you wanted to prank her."
Jungkook:"Still it was your idea."
You gritted your teeth.

Yn:"Both of you, shut up."
You said again running towards them. Jungkook immediately stepped ahead and tackled you before shouting.

Jungkook:"Run !!!! Soyeon-ah run !!"
And that little girly ran away while giggling.
You were struggling in his grip while blabbering while he chortled.

Jungkook:"Calm down yeobo."
He finally made you sit on couch, in his grasp.
You huffed And looked at him.

Yn:"Calm down my @ss. Do you have any idea how embarrassing it was ? In front of whole bus ? Like really ?"

He chuckled but you glared at him making him clear his throat.
Jungkook:"Well you know it's good in a sense."
Yn:"what ??!!!"

Jungkook (grinning):"All the young men in that bus got to know that this beautiful woman is taken."

You scoffed and rolled your eyes.
Yn:"And what about baby ??!!!! We don't have a baby."
Jungkook (wiggling brows):"We can have one, anytime."

You finally smiled a little and punched his chest lightly.
Yn:"shut up okay ?"
He smiled warmly and nuzzled his face in crook of your neck.

Jungkook:"How beautiful it'll be right. When we'll have our own baby."
Your lips lifted up into crescent shape and your hand caressed his hair softly.

Yn:"hmm."
Both of you felt all fuzzy and excited at the thought of having your own beautiful family.

PRESENT

That beautiful moment replayed in his mind, his lips were stretched into a heartfelt smile.

But he snapped back to reality when the car stopped with a jerk. He sat straight and looked beside him to see minsoo on the driving seat. He then looked behind and saw soyeon who was eating chocolate.

Jungkook:"We've arrived Soyeon."
She hummed and started opening the door. Jungkook looked at Minsoo and gave a slight smile.

Jungkook:"Thank you so much for dropping us home."
She just returned his smile.

Minsoo:"We're friends at least, don't make me feel a stranger by thanking me."
He chuckled and nodded.

Jungkook:"Ok then, I'll be going."
She nodded.
Minsoo:"bye bye, take care."

Jungkook:"bye."
He said before stepping out of car and getting into his house with soyeon.

Minsoo kept looking at the closed door for a few seconds before leaning back with a heavy sigh.
Tiny droplets of water flew down the side of her eyes.

Minsoo:"Why not me ?"
A mere whisper was all that escaped her lips. That brave and love sick girl was getting tired maybe.....of her fate.

You entered in the living room and were about to walk upstairs when his voice stopped you.
Karen:"You're home."

You halted and turned towards the sound.
Yn:"You're early today ?"
He sighed and nodded, while folding his sleeves to cook.

Karen:"Yes, today I wanted to cook."
You frowned.
Yn:"Are you sure ? I mean I can do that."
Karen:"It's okay. I cook pretty well. You should taste my handmade food."

He said coming towards you. You gave a tight lipped smile.
Yn:"if you say so."

He stopped at an inch distance away from you and held your left hand tenderly. His thumb gently caressed your engagement ring.

Karen:"How were the reports ? How's Soyeon now ?"
You sighed.
Yn:"She's fine as for now."

He placed his other hand on your head and stroked your hair.

Karen:"Don't worry. She's going to be okay.
Doctor Smith will be here in a few days. And Dr Kim is here especially for Soyeon, he's trying his best."

Yn(nodding):"I'm hopeful. I am praying she'll be okay."
Your eyes got squeezed shut when he placed his lips on your forehead.

You clenched your trousers in your fists.
A few seconds later he parted and smiled at you.

Karen:"Go and get fresh. I'll make something till then."
You gave a faint smile and turned around to go upstairs, towards your room.
