Everything was finally unpacked after weeks of no stop packing once everything was at the apartment thankfully you had some help mostly from Jeff. Jeff had been your best friend for five years since the two of you wrestled and were on the road together along with his brother Matt and a bunch of your friends as well, an attraction had grown between the two of you over the past two years but neither of you had yet to act on it even though Lita and Edge pretty much told both of you that the other felt the same but you never truly believed them at all even when flirting came into play a few days ago as he helped you with your apartment in between training and preparing for Backlash that was just around the corner. The two of you sit on the floor and listening to him play guitar for the next twenty minutes before his started to play Faceless man by Creed which was one of your many favorite songs, "Just now noticing how pretty you truly are" you felt your heart flutter at his words as he caresses his finger along the apple of your cheek after the guitar was set aside before noticing that he was closer to you than a second earlier as he held your chin between his fingers before your lips were slotted together leading to you wrapped in each other's arms while laying on the floor only focusing on each other with your hands tangled in his hair while his arm was wrapped around your waist with one hand on your back and the other holding the side of your face. The two of you pulled away breathless and laughing in a comfortable silence wrapped in each other's arms before making and having ramen together while watching Dazed and Confused before listening to music and learning to play a few songs on his guitar after the long hours of packing and placing things around your new home before sending lita a text with the words "You were both right about us", you changed in the bathroom and went to sleep on your mattress with jeff molded against you leading to the two of you sharing takeout breakfast and seeing the texts your friends had sent throughout the night along with a few calls which made the two of you laugh while listening to your friends who were either stunned or were ecstatic that the two of you had acted on your feelings and were finally together.
