(TW: Angst)

POV: Vermont

I instantly run towards the water and jump in. The water's cold and murky, but adrenaline keeps me going. I keep going down, lower and lower, before I see someone sinking, I instantly grab onto them, and start swimming up. But as I keep going up, I get more and more dizzy, before falling blacking out, about 15 feet away from the surface.

POV: Julian

"Cible neutralisée !Les deux ont-ils déjà refait surface?" La Folie say, to which Vermont and Quebec have not resur-wait there they are! "Je les vois!" I shouted, as I dived in to get them. Once I did however, both of them were barely alive. "Appelle une ambulance!" I shouted. "Non! Ils posent trop de questions." He said, which made me wonder, who is this guy? But that's beside the point, as I start doing cpr, with Quebec being firt, due to him having a higher chance of dying.

POV: La Folie

I run over to Vermont and start cpr, it did not take him long to wake up. "QUEBEC!" He shouted, sitting up instantly, only seeing Quebec being operated on after he sat up. "Julian! Is he going to be okay?" He asks frantically. "He's going to be okay Vermont, trust me." I said, affirmatively. "Julian, respire-t-il encore régulièrement?" I ask him. "Je ne peux pas le dire régulièrement, mais il respire." He replies.

POV: Quebec

I wake up in a small room, a white colored box with nothing but a chair, a end table, a phonograph, and a pen. Where am I? "Hello? Anyone?" Nobody answered. I'm alone. Then, the phonograph starts playing, it's just a loop of a old jazz song. 'do it.' a disembodied voice says. When I went over to stop it, its just started screeching, so I desperately start it back up, and it starts again. Then, I hear it again. 'Do it.' The voice said. 'DO IT.' The voice said, getting progressively louder. So, against my better judgement, my hand went for the pen, grabbed it, and plunged it into my chest. My breath begins to feel short, my limbs colder, my nervous system shutting down, and with my last breath, "I'm sorry, Vermont." I say, as my eyes close for the final time.

I just sit down in the chair, but as I sat, I realized time passes differently here, one day is about an hour, and I started dying of  dehydration, My breath begins to feel short, my limbs colder, my nervous system shutting down, and with my last breath, "I'm sorry, Vermont." I say, as my eyes close for the final time.

POV: Quebec

I wake up at the lakeside, in front of me, Julian, Vermont and somebody else surrounding me? What?! Then, suddenly, the disembodied voice returns. 'Your dying.' I can't believe it, I go to check my pulse, slow, almost not even there. 'There's nothing you can do.' It said, and tears began streaming down my face. I go to Vermont. "I'm sorry, Vermont." I say, my hands on his shoulders, but surprisingly, I don't die. I just stand there. Then, out of nowhere, another voice comes. 'You are the only one who can make yourself live.' It said, and, somehow, I knew what to do. I sit down, phasing through part of myself, before fully laying down, binding my 'ghost' with my body.

POV: Quebec

"V-Vermont?" I say, drowsily. "QUEBEC!" He says, quickly embracing me on the ground. "Vermont, s'il vous plaît, descendez de lui, vous aggravez la perte de sang." The third guy said. "Ouais, ouais je sais." Vermont said, getting up. "Quoi qu'il en soit, nous voudrions peut-être recouvrir cette blessure maintenant." Julien said, met with small laughter all around.

(If you really thought Quebec was going to die, you're on something)
