"Prince Abhimanyu arjun".. she was shocked when he gave an evil smirk

"I implore you, I've done no wrong. Please, release me," Antara pleaded, her voice quivering with fear and desperation.

"I know everything about you," Prince Abhimanyu said calmly, yet with an edge of intimidation. "You'd be wise to come clean. If you do, maybe I'll spare you. But if not, I have ways to make you talk. It's up to you."

His words hung in the air, leaving Antara
Scared." I really don't know anything prince Abhimanyu Arjun, please leave me" cried her

Taking a deep breath, Prince Abhimanyu stated, "If you won't share your plans willingly, then I'll have to take measures."

"Soldiers, extinguish all the lights in this room," he commanded, his voice steady but firm. "Until she decides to speak the truth, confine her to this dark room . Don't give her anything , don't open the door even if her pleas become unbearable. Only inform me when she's ready to spill her plans. And remember, failure to follow my orders will have consequences," he reminded, his tone unwavering.

The soldiers immediately bowed and responded to him .

Antara recoiled in utter disbelief. "What? No... No... Please, I beg of you, reconsider! Give me any other punishment, but do not subject me to the torment of darkness!" Her voice reverberated with desperation and fear, echoing off the chamber walls like a haunting lament.

Antara's cries of protest fell on deaf ears as the soldiers followed the prince's orders, leaving her engulfed in darkness and despair.

The soldiers swiftly obeyed, extinguishing the lights and securing the door. As darkness enveloped the room, Antara was seized by shock. Her surroundings became an abyss of black, swallowing her sense of direction and plunging her into a disorienting void.

As darkness engulfed the room, Antara was overwhelmed by a torrent of traumatic memories. She gasped for air, feeling a tightness in her chest and struggling to breathe. Panic gripped her, making each breath a struggle as she battled against the suffocating weight of her anxiety due to her nyctophobia.

"I... I... couldn't breathe," Antara murmured to herself, her voice trembling with fear. "What's going to happen to me? Will I die?"Holding her chest, Antara murmured to herself, her breaths shallow and rapid, as if trying to anchor herself amidst the rising tide of panic and fear.

"I need to get out," she murmured, her voice barely audible. With a staggering gait, she rushed towards the door. On her way, she slipped on a wooden tray and in the next moment, she crashed to the floor. The tray fell, striking her head and hands. Blood flowed profusely from her wounds as she struggled to stay conscious. "Please open the door, I am dying," she whispered, her strength ebbing away. These were her last words before she fell into unconsciousness.

"Did something happen to her? Her voice isn't coming out," said a guard standing outside the room to his companion. "Should we open the door and see if she's fine?" he added.

"Do you want to die? Don't you know what Prince Abhimanyu Arjun said?" the other retorted. "Shut up and stay here. We must never open the door until Prince Abhimanyu Arjun orders it."he added

Prince Abhimanyu Arjun tasked his soldiers with investigating Antara. After seven long hours, they returned. "Hail, Prince Abhimanyu Arjun," they said in unison.

Prince Abhimanyu Arjun nodded in response. "What have you discovered regarding the task I assigned you?" he inquired.

"We have thoroughly investigated everything about the woman, but we found nothing amiss. Her background is impeccable; she has no history or even any contact with our enemy kingdom," they reported.
