Chapter 12: Keefe

We sat there for a while.

I didn't want to move, if I did I might wake up from this dream that couldn't possibly be real.

Until Grady showed up.

Sophie sat up and I scooted 10 inches away from her.

I waited for Grady's glare but it didn't come.

Instead I saw a small smile on his face.

"Oh boy, who broke the Gradynator?" I asked.

Sophie snorted.

"Can't I just smile?" Grady asked.

"Not while I'm around." I told him.

"It's just my baby girl is growing up so fas-"

"Dad!" Sophie interrupted.

"Oh alright, I'm leaving." Grady said, "Oh by the way, Biana and Fitz are here."

He walked away, whistling innocently.

"Let's go find them." Sophie told me.

I follow Sophie as she went to look for Fitz and Biana.

I heard a thump behind me.

I whirled around but nothing was there.

I had a feeling that the thump wasn't just my imagination.

"I know you're there," I waved my hands in the air where I heard the noise.

Sophie looked at me, she was trying to hold back a laugh.

"What on earth are you doing?" she said between laughs.

"Finding them." 

"Well, that's the wrong way," Biana whispered in my ear, appearing.

"Agh!" I jumped back.

Biana cracked up.

"No fair!" I said, "Vanishers." I grumbled.

"Why are you here anyways?" Sophie asked, changing the subject.

Fitz shrugged, he looked as confused as us.

"So..." Biana stared intensly at Sophie.

Sophie and Biana went silent for a moment.

I waved my hands and stepped between them, "Hey! No more weird telepath stuff!"

Biana's eyes widened, reacting to something Sophie had transmitted.

"I'm serious, keep it out loud." I said.

Suddenly Biana started squealing, a large smile on her face.

"Yes!" she yelled and started running around yelling something.

"What did you do to her?" I asked Sophie.

She didn't get a chance to answer.

"SoKeefe is canon again!" Biana yelled.

"Oh, everyone is gonna know now." I said as Biana leapt away to tell every single person.

I glanced over at Fitz to see how he was taking the news.

Surprisingly he didn't seem mad.

I bumped his shoulder very accidently.

His emotion were comepletely not what I thought they would be.

Since when is Fitz HAPPY about this.

"Aright Fitzy, what on earth happened? Your emotions are weirrrrrd." 

Fitz scooted away from me fast.

I smirked, "Interesting reaction. Hmmm..."

I went to touch him again, maybe I could figure it..

Fitz ran away fast.

I smirked back at Sophie and ran after him, "I just want to know, it can't be thaaaat bad!"
