Evening comes too quickly. I woke up around 4:00 in the afternoon and Alex was gone. That means he was most likely with the doctors. It's 5:00 now and they come collect us at 5:30 so they serve dinner at 6:00 leaving about half an hour to torture us in the dining room. Today Levi comes early surprising me. He bangs in through my door again I know. Anyways, I yelp as I wasn't expecting it. He grabs my arm and pulls me out of the cell roughly.
"Go f*ck yourself" I tell him.
He just starts pulling harder and intentionally bangs me against all the walls. I groan in pain and Levi chuckles. 'Sadist.' I think angrily. I intentionally trip knowing if I'm gonna get punished who cares if it's a little worse why not push it off as long as possible. I start stumbling along going slower and slower until Levi is so done with me he decides to wrap his tentacle tightly around my waist and lift me off the ground. I scream as my ribs are being crushed.
"Starting the punishment early, I see. Guess you couldn't wait you ugly greedy pig" I gasp out with a smirk on my face. I can feel the fire in my heart telling me to never give up. I hear my mothers voice ringing through my head like a song I can't get rid of. 'When we lose ourselves we lose all hope.' Levi responds only by dropping me on my face possible breaking my nose and definitely bruising it. I suck in a painful breath, my ribs burning painfully. I can feel the blood dripping down my face. I shut my eyes and try to block out the world.
All of a sudden, I hear the cafeteria doors open and I start to feel a cold sweat appearing all over me. All of a sudden I hear a loud gasp. I weakly look up the pain starting to get to me. I see Alex and Aurora with their hands over their mouths as I keep looking around the room I notice my other siblings (you'll meet them later but I'm too lazy rn lol if anyones got good names shoot them at me or I'm gonna use a random name generator) staring at me with horror in their eyes. 'Dang' I think 'I must look even worse than I feel'. My eyes finish scanning the room and I realize that there is a table that shouldn't be there. It has metal straps on it and a light over it. It reminds me vaguely of a dentist table from the before. I see more doctor standing by the table and one has a couple of big needles. My vision starts to go black as I get more scared. My ribs hurting again. They are definitely broken. I look around and meet Alex's eyes, then Aurora's and it reminds why I'm doing this in the first place.
I turn to look at Levi. "Let's just get this over with."
