Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of The Shadows

Chapter 6

*3rd POV*

Donnie and Leo were at the museum. "Wow. The American Museum of Natural History. I've always wanted to come here." Donnie said as he was standing on one of the planets. Leo was below him.

"Quit screwing around, Donnie. Thirty seconds till the cops are at the door." Leo said as Donnie quickly jumped off the planet and landed on the ground and began scanning everything. "Boo-yah. Shredder and the mutants were definitely here. And I'm detecting traces of neutronium, the critical ingredient required for creating a controlled black hole. Which is the only thing capable of rupturing the space-time continuum. And you know what that means!" Donnie said facing Leo.

"No. I don't, Donnie." Leo said to him. "It means Shredder may not be as nuts as I thought. From the data I just collected, I'm surmising that what was inside this thing may help Shredder open that portal to another dimension." Donnie explains.

"Okay, what I want to know is, if a portal's gonna open up, what's coming through from the other side?" Leo asked, wanting to find the answer to that question.

*My POV*

"So, you want to break into police headquarters." EC and April said as we were listening to Raph. I was completely against this since I knew what he was thinking. "Uh...yeah. Donnie said he needs more of the purple ooze to track Bebop and Rocksteady. And you said the cops would've logged it into Evidence Control Room by now." Raph said.

KC and I glared at Raph, but he ignored us, even if it hurt him to see his girlfriend glaring at him. "Okay, and Leo is good with this plan?" EC asked. "Yeah, Raph. Is Leo good with this plan?" I asked through gritted teeth.

Raph and Mikey looked at each other. "Actually, I'm in charge on this one. Ain't that right, Mikey?" Raph asked as he noticed EC and April's looks. "You're right." Mikey quickly said, trying to not let the plan blow.

Raph got blueprints and placed them on the table. "Look. So, we can take the elevator shafts and vents. We need you five to stay on the ground." Raph said. "Whoa, when did we get dragged into this?" KC and I asked as we glared at him.

He glared at me, and I rolled my eyes. "Whoa. I, heh... I can't just walk right into police headquarters." Casey said as he looked at Raph. Raph groans. "What are you, chicken?" Raph asked Casey and KC and I got the popcorn.

"Hey! Who are you calling chicken, turtle?" Casey said as he got in Raph's face. KC and EC rolled their eyes. "Look, do you want to find Bebop and Rocksteady or not?" I asked with my arms crossed. 

Casey went to say something, but immediately closed his mouth. EC gave him a look. "So, we're breaking into police headquarters." Casey said before sitting back down next to EC. "We got one last boondoggle. We need to find someone to sneak you guys' past security checkpoint." Raph said as Mikey was trying to eat four pieces of pizza at once.

"Raph, no." I immediately said as I knew who he was thinking of. "Only plan I got so far may be a tad less than appetizing." Raph said as he gestured to Mikey. We looked at Mikey annoyed. "Ah. Are we going somewhere?" Mikey asked as KC facepalmed.

*3rd POV*

April and EC were walking through a building trying to find Vern. "I'm gonna take a photo with all of you, don't worry, everybody's gonna get one tonight." Vern said. "Hey, Vern." A voice said as Vern looked at him.

"Big fan. Big fan." The man said. "My gosh, Carmelo Anothny, right back at ya!" Vern said to Carmelo. "Nice key to the city." Carmelo said. "Oh, thank you. Yeah, I mean, they give these things out. Hey, Melo... Do you mind if I call you Melo?" Vern asked.
