Chapter 6

Romy held her phone to her ear chewing on her lip waiting for Eggsy to answer the phone. It was her last test today but Eggsy had gone undercover and she hadn't seen him in four days, it might not sound like much but when you're used to seeing someone everyday four days can feel like months.

"Hey beautiful." Romy smiled when he finally answered.

"Hello, I'm sorry to bug you it's just today's the day where I could succeed in becoming a Kingsman. Are you going to be there?"

"I wish I could be, but Merlin's got me out undercover today."

"Oh, um well okay."

"Are you okay Romy?" Romy could hear his concerned voice through the phone.

"No, yeah I'm fine, I promise. I'm okay, it's just I thought you might well be here for my big day you know?"

"I know, I want to be there believe me I really want to be with you. I miss you and today is so important for you. I tell you what, I'll try to be there."

"No, I don't want to get you into trouble. i don't want to give Merlin another reason to hate me." Romy heard Eggsy laugh on the other side of the line.

"Merlin doesn't hate you Romy. I'm going to be there okay? It's not 'till later yeah?"

"Yeah it's at five."

"Perfect, I'll make sure that I'm there okay? I love you."

"I love you too." Romy smiled to herself, Eggsy just made her the happiest person she could be.

"Okay, well I have to go, I'll see you later."

"See you later Eggsy, and please be careful."

"Always." Romy could almost feel him smirk through his words. She hung up her phone and placed it into her pocket.

"Okay, what to do with myself today..." Romy spoke to herself.

"Rooommmyyy!" A voice spoke out followed by a little girl running up to Romy. Romy lifted her up and hugged her.

"Hey there Daisy!"

"Daisy come on, it's time to go to daycare."

"Ms Unwin I can look after her if you'd like?"

"Please call me Michelle and please I don't want to be a bother."

"It's no problem at all Michelle."

"Please mummy! Can I please stay with sister Romy today!!" Romy laughs at Daisy's adorableness in calling her sister.

"Ok, but if you're naughty you will be in bug trouble, do everything Romy tells you okay sweetheart? I'll be back by four okay?"

"Should be fine Michelle." Romy smiles and walks her out the door, Michelle kisses Daisy and Romy goodbye and runs to her car parked in the driveway. Romy closes the door and carries Daisy into the lounge room.

"What should we do first princess Daisy?"

"I want to colour!"

"Okay." Romy giggles and gathers the colouring equipment and sits down with Daisy helping her to colour in a castle.

"Daisy, get off Romy stop colouring in her face." Romy started to wake up.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to fall asleep but we were watching our fifth Disney movie and I just go so tired."
