Chapter 11

"Huh? But why?" Kyo asked with confusion.

"Since we're living together, I should be the one who supports both of us."

"Living together? Why the fuck do you sound like we're lovers? That's crazy." Kyo said while eating.

"Hahaha, do I?"

"Ahhh... But, if support is what we're talking about. I think your horns are enough."

"Please, don't say it."

"We can sell your horns, and we will never run out of supply."

Ren flopped himself on the table, making a slightly loud sound. "I-I don't think that's a good idea."

Ren lifts his head, putting his elbow on the table, making him rest his chin on his palm. "But that's a cute side of you, that's why I like you."

"Huh?"

"Huh?"

"What do you mean cute and you like me? Fucking simp." Kyo said with an emotionless face.

Ren burst into laughter. "What the fuck? That's your response?" Kyo laughs together with Ren.

"But, you see, I'm an alien prince. Don't you still not like me?" Ren said confidently.

Kyo tilted his head as he chuckled, staring at Ren's smug face. "But I prefer princesses than princes."

Ren raised his eyebrow unintentionally. "Did I just get rejected?"

"But you're really a good friend, Ren. I'm really happy that I met you." Kyo said as he took a sip of his drink.

"Aww~~~ can you repeat that~"

"Shut the fuck up, I take back what I said!"

Ren laughed and smiled as he heard Kyo. He already knew what would happen, though he didn't expect it to turn out like that.

Ren likes Kyo, maybe because Kyo was the only one who talked to him that way. On his planet, they treat him too special, to the point that no one wants to talk to him anymore. That's why Kyo has a very special place in his heart.

"Anyway, when will you go back to your planet?"

"I don't know for sure, but I'll be staying for a while here."

"Are you really sure that you'll be fine?"

"Of course I will, I'm with you after all." Ren said while smiling.

Kyo released a sigh, but it was not that loud. "Sometimes you say something really weird."

"Do I?" Ren chuckles.

"Yeah, I could say far more weird."

"Is that so... Do you hate it?"

"Not really, it's not that I hate it... It's just weird."

"It's good to hear you don't hate it." Ren smiles.

Kyo glanced at Ren as he furrowed his eyebrows. "What's good about it?"

"Ohh nothing. Just like I said, I think I'll be staying for a while." Ren smirks.

"I'll make sure to take your heart first, of course." Ren smiles at Kyo as he's watching him eat.

"What?!" Kyo said, raising his right eyebrow.

"Don't mind me... Keep eating."

"How can I when you're staring like that, tskk."

"Hahaha, I can't help. But should we go somewhere else after this?"

"Nah, I need to do something."
