Chapter 17

After eating, no conversation happened, making the silent more deafening to the ears. Ren suggested to Kyo to go for a walk for new environment, and to breathe some fresh air.

"Nah, it's my day off. I don't wanna go outside during my precious days. Uhuh... No to people today."

"Aww... Cmon, Kyo~"

"Tskkk! You go by yourself then."

"Then I don't want to go out anymore." Ren sits beside Kyo.

"What the—what now?!" Kyo asked furiously.

"Why? You don't want me to sit with you?" Ren asked and looked at Kyo in his eyes as Kyo looked at him to.

Kyo instantly looked in front of him and said, "It's not like that... You know that."

"Do you still think about what happened last night?"

"..."

Ren chuckles and leanes on Kyo's head, "Don't worry, we'll do it in your way."

Kyo heaved a sigh of relief and smiles. Then he suddenly stand up, making Ren fall on the floor.

"Ahhh! That hurts, Kyo..."

"Let's watch instead of going out." Kyo said.

"You should have said that first before you went straight there..."

"You're complaining?"

"Uhhh... Of course no."

"Then come here and sit here." Kyo said while tapping the chair.

"What are we watching anyway?" Ren sits beside Kyo while staring at the computer screen.

"Well... I'm looking..."

"..."

"Kyo..." Ren spoke.

"Hmm..?"

"What's your job?"

"Huhhhhh??!?!??!!!!!!" Kyo looked at Ren in confusion.

"Why?" Ren asked.

"You're asking so randomly..." Kyo replied and went back to surfing his computer. "Well, I work part time in a near fast food chain here."

"Really? Where is that?" Ren asked with a smile on his face. "I want to go there when it's your duty."

"Just stay at home, why do you want to go there during my duty?"

"I just want to see you..." Ren smirkes.

Kyo grimaces, looking at Ren, which makes Ren laugh.

"So... What's your job there?" Ren asked again.

Kyo frowned at him.

"Why~~ I'm just asking... Cmon." Ren giggled.

"Stop bugging me for a while." Kyo said annoyingly.

Unexpectedly, a video caught Ren's attention. His eyes wided, similar to a child having candies on his hands.

"Hold on. Can you click on that video, please..."

"O-okay... This?" Kyo replied.

"Yes, thank you." Ren smiles.

It's a video! A video of a male that is singing while strumming a guitar. He is flabbergasted by the way the man uses the guitar to make a sound and uses the sound to sing a song.

"He's amazing..." Ren said with dazzling eyes.

Kyo slightly smiles.

Ren was mesmerized by what he was watching, having goosebumps by the singing. It felt that the guy from the video is singing with his feeling, giving off a joyful, warm, and passionate music.

"Kyo... What is this?" Ren asked while pointing on the instrument the guy is using in the video.

"It's a guitar, an string instrument that produces sounds when you strum it. When you strum those strings using your fingers, you create sounds." Kyo explained while pointing to the guitar's stings.

"Haha, that's so cool." Ren utters.

Kyo saw Ren's gleaming eyes while watching the video as Kyo slightly smiling.

"You just watched boring stuff the whole time." Kyo exclaimes.

"What? It's not boring." Ren giggles.

"FOR YOU... Of course." Kyo added.

"It doesn't look like you hated them... Say, where do you think I can buy a guitar?" Ren asked joyously.

"You want a guitar?" Kyo asked also.

"Yeahh, I'll work too then I'll buy one. Then you don't need to work anymore." Ren said proudly.

"Huh? What do you mean by that?" Kyo asked with puzzlement.

"When I work, I'll take care of you. So you don't need to work."

Hellooooo, Happy New Year!!!🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 I hope everyone is happy and has food to eat on the table during New Year. This is my first time uploading again for how many months passed by. I really got super duper busy, I can't even draw frequently🥲. But anyway, I hope you like this chapter (Tho it's very very late already). I really appreciate you all for reading😗😗

Ps. I read my uploaded chapter earlier since I forgot where I stopped writing. I was so shocked on some part I can't believe it's my writing lol. I was sweaking all the time and striked the table a lot of times, I felt my own writing I guess.😭😭😭😭😭
