[scene: Nagazora]
Drip... Her ears echoed with the sound of beans dancing on a drum. Drip... drip... The biting coldness even numbed her mind. Another persona had begun to take form. It's... rain. The downpour crept closer. It grew in intensity and became the peal of a thunderstorm. What happened? She tried to open her hazy eyes.
Mei: Hngh... Ah!
There was nothing but chaos.
Mei:......What... happened?
The dim flashes of light seemed like puppet strings tugging at the ruined city.
Mei: What happened to Nagazora? Where is the World Serpent? Ah...! Kiana... the Helios is in danger!
Pieces of broken memories flashed past her mind, yet she failed to create a coherent picture. She started running, yet she did not know where to go. As Mei was running she more Quantum Shadows appearing.
Mei: More Quantum Shadows... They look different...
Mei then started fighting the shadows.
Mei: They look more... terrifying.
She hit the shadows with her lightning and slashed one of them with a barrage, after killing the one she was fighting she moved onto the next one, the shadow tried to attack Mei, only for her to dodge it. Then Mei appeared in front of it and slashed away at it, however two more appeared after Mei killed it so she quickly took those two out. After killing all the quantum shadows in her immediate vicinity she made her way towards Helios. After she got off the elevator at the wall, Mei grabbed her head as it was in pain.
Mei: Ow...
Mei continues moving even with the ache.
Mei: My head... not again...
Soon she encountered another quantum shadow, so Mei readied her blade and quickly killed it, with its death Mei continued on her path. However as she got onto the wooden bridge a crab like quantum shadow appeared, so Mei then fought the creature, she avoided its attacks as she hit it with her swordsmanship and her lightning. She finished it after a little bit. With that taken care of, Mei continues, once she got to the area where she fought Benares earlier, quantum shadows appeared. So Mei then went to take them out. She activated her burst to quickly cut them all down. However after she turned it off after killing them. More of them appeared.
Mei:...More enemies coming?
So Mei activated her burst again and began to cut them down, then she hears the voice of the girls, she is worried about.
Kiana: Are you alright, Mei?
Gunshots hit some of the shadows as Mei has realised who's here.
Mei:...Kiana?!
After both girls take the horde of enemies out a more powerful Shadow appears so, both girls worked together and finish it off. Then the girls hears the roar of the dragon they both know.
Benares:...!!
Shearing winds tore the rest of the monsters apart. The dragon landed next to Kiana and waited for her orders.
