Chapter 4: Oreburgh city

You contemplate the options for a few seconds before choosing. Finally you decide to take the fire stone.

Alex: "I'll take this one"
Nurse Joy: "Really? Flareon? Did you know that in terms of-"
Alex: "I'm going to stop you right there."
You decide to head up to your room for the night new Pokémon in toe.

Alex took the Eevee's pokeball and pressed the button releasing it in a burst of light. It just like the other two looked very different than the average Eevee, it stood upright on two legs like a human and much more resembled a human girl around 4'6.
Alex: "It's nice to meet you,I'm going to be your trainer from now on"
The Eevee ran to you and hugged your waist excitedly. You show her the fire stone and seems to immediately understand and she holds out her hand, so you drop the stone into it.

She begins to glow as grasps the stone with both hands and brings it close to her chest. Her body begins to grow larger as a large tuft of fur forms on her head, her mane and tail grow more fluffy. Finally the light subsides and in the place of the Eevee now stands a Flareon. Flareon is taller now standing around 5'11 but her height wasn't the only thing to have grown, her figure was much more endowed than before. Your eye begin to travel but you manage to stop yourself from staring.

Flareon began eagerly examining her new body, she seemed really pleased with her new form. She quickly looked towards you, before you could react she was already in right front of you pulling you into a hug. Her body was warm to the touch you could almost fall asleep in her embrace. After a few seconds she lets you go. You decide to introduce her to your other Pokémon, you grab the other two pokeballs and release Shinx and Zorua.
Alex: "This is Flareon she's the newest member of the team."
Zorua looked Flareon over for a second before being to bark at her and size herself up only for Flareon to pick her up like a child and give her a hug after which Zorua ran and grabbed onto you leg. Shinx however gave a small greet and smile before focusing back on her belly which had shrunk to about 3/4 of the size it was. Since it was coming up you decide to discuss the gym battle that is coming up tomorrow.
Alex: "We are going to be challenging the Oreburgh city gym tomorrow and we need to be prepared. From what I have gathered it's a rock type gym so we're at a type disadvantage, but I'm confident we can win."
Everyone gives a confident cheer.

You decide to call it a day and lay down on the bed, Zorua and Shinx almost immediately curl up on the bed in front of you and as you close your eyes you feel something warm press against your back. Looking back you see that it's Flareon who simply puts her arms around you and pulls you into a warm embrace from behind. Between the soft gurgles of Shinx's belly acting as white noise and the comforting warmth of Flareon you quickly fall asleep.

You wake up the next morning opening your eyes you see Zorua with half of her body hanging off the bed, Shinx had finished digesting the Zubat which had added a bit of fat to her chest and butt. You go to get up only to immediately be pulled back down you check behind you to find that Flareon had wrapped her arms and legs around you in her sleep. You wake everyone up and get ready for the day. On your way out you remember to ask nurse Joy something.
Alex: "Is it normal for Pokémon to ... swallow each other whole?"
Joy: "Well sort of, the behaviour tends to only be present in anthro pokemon but the frequency of the behaviour depends on the individual. The healers we use can actually recover a Pokémon even after it's been eaten and fully digested, so don't worry if you run into an anthro and your Pokémon get eaten."
Alex: "Wow, thank you"
You wave goodbye as you leave the Pokémon centre and make your way to the gym.

Arriving at the gym you find a boy with bright blonde hair scratching his head.
Blonde haired boy: "Damn it, he picks now of all times?!."
Alex: "Is everything alright?"
Blonde haired boy: "Yeah it's just the gym leader is out right now and I wanted to challenge the gym."
You look at the door to the gym theres hand written note attached to it reading "At the mines right now, be back soon" signed Roark.
Alex: "I'll going to go to the mines and see if I can convince him to come back."
Barry: "Thanks dude, my name is Barry by the way. what's yours?"
Alex: "My name is Alex, see you later."

You begin making your way down to the Oreburgh mines. Along the way you see workers working alongside their Pokémon carrying things performing maintenance. Finally you enter the mines themselves and begin heading deeper in, a few workers spot you along the way and challenge you to a battle but your team is able to handle them pretty well. Eventually you find Roark using his Pokémon smash rocks.
Alex: "Hey! Me and another kid are waiting to challenge your gym."
Roark looks towards you and walks over
Roark: "in the middle of the night? I'm sure you're excited for your first gym battle but you should get a good nights sleep to make sure you're in tip top shape."
Alex: "What do you mean it's-" you look down at your poketch "8:43 am"
Roark: "Huh?! Sorry I didn't realize what time it is, I'll get back to my gym now."
With that he runs off towards the mine entrance and after a few seconds you follow."

As you return to the gym you see Barry walking out holding a new badge. As you approach the gym he spots you and wishes you good luck.

You stand in front of the first gym and take a deep breath.
Alex: "I'm ready."

So far I have given only Zorua a special ability. should I give all anthro pokemon a special ability or just the starter?
