A letter was sent to Dianna, a month before the war.

It was with a Guillem insigna.

Dear Dianna Corzen

     Hi, son of a bitch.

I am writing this letter with peace and anger.

To start, I won't be living long.

     Oh don't celebrate too much.

I had felt this since, but I now know. I won't be living long. My body was deteriorating as we speak and I can't do anything about this.

I have a list of things you need to know.

1. I am rich. I know. You will inherit all the wealth that I had accumulated as even though you were a son of a bitch, you are my sister and I can't change that. I have lots of businesses you need to be able to handle so once I die and my people were to be transferred to your care, listen to them and follow all the things they teach.

2. Two months from now, you will be receiving continuous paper about new businesses that you need to establish. I know you're smart. Do it and don't ask anymore questions.

3. You might be wondering what is inside the basket that comes with this letter, open it.

4. As you can see, it's an egg. Sky, a level 5 exotic had somehow laid an egg even though he was a male. Raise it. If you have any magic stones, feed them to it. They like magic stones. The bigger, the better.

5. Keep the matter about the egg a secret for now. Or else they would send you to the borders too. Just feed it well. Some of my people would also be sending you magic stones, so continue feeding it.

6. Send Dion to an academy. He's a bright kid. He'll do great. Be sure to give him everything he needs as I know buying everything he would like would be a piece of cake with my wealth. I know. I'm rich.

7. I'm sorry for everything I did. I know you might not have been a good sister too but I too, wasn't any better. If only the circumstances were in our control, would we have been in good terms? Though it's all in the past now.

8. Don't let your father near my corpse if I ever die. I hate that man to death and even after death. I wouldn't rest peacefully if I felt his presence in my burial.

9. Take mom and Dion to grandfather's territory. Grandma and grandpa would love that. My aunts would like that too as they seem to like more women living there. If you were to live with them, they would love you like how they loved me.

10. Take care of mom. And grandpa. And our Guillem family. Please. Please listen to my requests as I know I won't be living long. I don't even belong here.

11. We'll see each other soon, but for now... Change your goddamn clothes. It's so ugly. We have clothing stores, you'll know which is which if you go to the capital. Pick any dress. As much as you like. Just. Just burn those dresses that you have right now. It's like a needle in the eye.

That's it for now. You get it all right? Since you're the main character of this story, you should know better.

I had only paved your way so walk in a flowery path from now on.

                                       From:
                           DEVAINE GUILLEM

Dianna cried while talking about what was in the letter. If only she did not follow Devaine's words and run towards the borders earlier, she could have saved her.

The egg was hatched a week after Devaine sent it to her. It was a fox. Just like who laid it. The level 5 exotic fox that Devaine owns. Eventually after it hatched, it showed great potential in healing.

But like it was planned, two weeks after the hatching of the fox, an epidemic started in the East. As Dianna thought that it might be the reason why Devaine had sent her a fox with healing powers, she quickly traveled towards the East and helped control the spread of the epidemic. It took her almost two weeks before all people were saved. No casualties.

She had pondered if the reason that Devaine sent her the fox was because she could not do it herself as she is known to be the owner of a level 5 exotic with a frightening battle power. So it was only given that she would be sent to battles.

That must be why she sent her the fox as she knew she is way more free than her. That must also be why she told her in the letter to keep the matter about the healing fox, a secret.

But only if she knew, that saving thousands of people would mean that she won't have the chance to save her sister, she would not have traveled to the East.

Who cares if she were to be known as a villain?

She only realized something was wrong when Saint ( Dianna named her fox , Saint ) was acting strange. Only until she rode on its back, did it run as fast as it could. It ran like it had a destination in mind.

And it was directly towards the North. Where the war was supposed to take place.

Dianna was confused. She can't stop Saint from running so she could only be confused.

Maybe it felt the danger that Devaine was in. Or was it because Devaine was supposed to be the real owner of the fox so it felt like how dire the situation was.

But because Saint was still small, it was not as fast as Sky. So they took 5 days to arrive in the North from the East.

     They arrived late. Regrettably.
