I think I spent about an hour in Homelander's shower. It has settings I didn't even know existed, ugh I could nap right now.

I walk into the bedroom and look at the bed, it seems Homelander got me some clothes to wear. There is a light blue button-up shirt and a pair of black lace panties? I don't even wanna know where he got them...

I get dried and dressed then towel dry my hair best I can before walking out of his room.

"Homelander! I officially need a shower like yours. Can you hook me up? Please?" I look around the apartment for him and my eyes widen as they land on a figure in black...

"N-Noir?" I whisper as he looks me up and down, I Should have gone to him first...

He motions to his head and my eyes widen more "Oh! Uh I can't do that...I don't have my powers Noir" I explain and run a hand through my hair nervously. He tilts his head and then signs "Why not?" Before walking a little closer to me "I was messing with my mom's stuff and then poof magic went wee see ya and uh yeah...But I'm OK, it's fine it doesn't bother me. I welcome the break from it after all of the drama I went through" I gently place my hand on his arm and he steps out of my touch.

I'm sure I felt my heart break a little..."W-What about you? Are you OK?" I ask clearing my throat, He signs "I'm fine...Enjoy lunch with Homelander" Before walking out of the apartment.

Homelander pokes his head out of the kitchen as I wipe a tear from my cheek "What happened to you?" He asks walking over and cupping my cheeks "I-I think Noir is mad at me..." I shake my head and pull back "Food?" I ask "It's ready" He swoops me up into his arms and takes me into the kitchen, He sits me down at the table and my eyes widen "I...Did you cook all of this?" I ask shocked because it is a full lunch spread "I did...I hope you'll like it" He smiles pulling a chair out for me, I sit down and immediately start eating. I practically moan as I finish the first bite "Oh my god this is amazing!" I purr eating more, Homelander grins like a kid on Christmas and starts eating his food.

We ate in comfortable silence and then Homelander put the dishes in his sink "I'll have someone clean those later" He stretches and looks at me "So what do you plan to do now? Your back, No powers, We've slept together" He looks at me expectantly.

"I don't actually know...I wanted to come back for Hughie and the guys but I have no plans and no idea where to even go from here" I sigh and shake my head "I'm honestly a little lost" I walk over to him and rest my head on his chest "You could be with me? We can give the dating another go?" He asks petting my hair softly.

"I would need to think about that Homelander, I have to think of Hughie, Butcher, Etc and I need to go visit a friend so I need pants please?" I smile up at him and peck his lips before pulling away "I'll go get that arranged for you" He groans, kisses my forehead, and walks out.

After leaving Vought Tower I headed to Jagger's place, I figured this would be a good place to go next.

I knock on the door and wait patiently for an answer.

Jagger answered the door within seconds and as he sees it is me he immediately pulls me into a bear hug "Hey Little Witch~ I missed you!" He nuzzles into my hair as I hug him back "I missed you so much Jagger, A year truly was too long" I smile up at him as I pull back from the hug.

"The human look suits you, I do know it's a very very temporary thing though...blame the powers you gave me, I get visions of shit" He chuckles playing with my hair.

"Noted~ However as far as anyone else knows...It's a permanent thing I don't know how to fix ok?" I look at him firmly.

"Secrets safe with me Darlin~" He kisses my nose then pulls me inside the apartment "Want coffee?" He asks as the door closes on its own "Ugh yes please" I practically swoon at the mention of caffeine.

Jagger chuckles and heads into the kitchen area as I sit on the sofa and look around the place.

Jagger and I talked for hours just catching up on the past year and everything he has seen thanks to the powers I gave him, He did warn me before I left that I won't be able to keep up the no magic act for long due to an upcoming threat which he did not elaborate on.

I got back to Dru and I's apartment ridiculously late, Jagger did offer to let me stay there the night but I didn't want to. So it is now around 3 am and I just changed into some pajama shorts and a long-sleeved top. I've been feeling eyes on me since I left Jagger's and I don't like it...

I grab up a book I have been reading called Haunting Adeline, it is a dark romance book and the male love interest is just ugh perfect. His name is Zade and I haven't shut up about him to Dru, I sit on my bed and start reading for a bit.

My phone pings as a message comes through, I close my book and pick it up to check the message.

Unknown: You think you like Zade? I'll show you just how terrifying that shit can be Little Mouse~

My eyes widen and my blood runs cold, I knew someone was watching me! I wonder who it is. And how much of a psycho they are...

I get out of bed, close my curtains, lock my balcony door, and then crawl back into bed. I am not going back to using my magic unless it comes to me dying...
