It was now 11 am, which meant lunch break. My absolute favourite time of the school day. I walked into the cafeteria and sat down next to Emma.

Emma and I had gotten quite close over the past week and she always managed to make me smile whenever I just had a shitty class and needed to vent to someone.

She was more of a girly girl. Her long brown straightened hair fell beautifully on her back. She was wearing blue jeans with a lace black top which made her curves stand out. She had light blusher on her cheeks and bright red lipstick on her somehow perfectly formed cupid-bow lips.

One of her friends, who's name was Nioma, was sat next to her. Nioma and Emma were complete opposites if you would see them. She was very tall, but equally as beautiful as Emma was.

Her dark curly hair draping perfectly over her shoulders. She had a nose ring which suited her very well. Instead of lipstick, Nioma was a natural at pulling of winged eyeliner. Where Emma had a bit more colour in her wardrobe. Nioma had practically none, she always looked like a punk queen dressed in her black clothes.

Even though they might look different they still really do have some things in common. They were very kind, yet very sassy. They had the same kind of dark humor, which I also enjoy very much. All three of us shared an ardent love for fantasy books and their films. From Middle Earth to Hogwarts we all loved ourselves a good marathon.

All by all we made a peculiar group of people. Emma was a typical Brit, she had the accent and all. Where Nioma had moved from New York only a few months ago.

Her accent was a slight mix of American and British. It sounded quite awesome, to be honest. When she had gotten in a debate about The Hobbit she had raised her voice and spoke in a complete New York accent.

The poor kid got so scared by her majestic figure and change in tone, I was afraid he would shit himself.

The British, the American and the Australian.

God, we made a team. People's eyes following us as we walked through the hallways. Girls whispering behind our back, and guys wolf whistling at us. Which in return, Emma would wink back at. She definitely was a flirt, she kept it neat and never went too far. But she would make a flirtatious remark every now and then.

Nioma stayed very faithful to this guy she was talking to. They met through Tumblr, and started talking online. They haven't met so far, but now she moved to London so she probably will soon.

The only time her brain would enter into a private folder to hide her not so saint thoughts was when a guy would walk by who happened to have a beard.

Maybe she has a beard fetish, I made a mental note to myself to ask her sometime.

While Emma was in the middle of her story about the wild party she had last weekend the bell went off signaling us that our next classes would start in five minutes.

I walked into the class room, seeing I was the first one there. I took a seat and got my math books out. The room slowly filled and a small smile spread played on my lips as I saw Michael walk in. He took the seat next to me and greeted me with a smile before his face went back to a concerned expression again.

'Mike, are you okay?' I asked him softly nudging his arm with my elbow. He looked at me with sad eyes. He sighed before whispering 'It's Calum, Rose. This morning he came down stairs, pretty upset. He was blabbering about apologizing so he went up the stairs again. Seconds later he came rushing down, tensed and angry. He just grabbed a bottle of whi-' Michael stopped talking as Luke walked towards us.

He gave me a kiss on my cheek before throwing is bag on the floor and taking the seat behind me, turning towards Michael, 'Dude, I heard Megan say the girls saw him drunk on the football field and Lisa went up to him.'

Michael scoffed at this new bit of information. 'He should know better. Luke, you know what happened last time. This can't happen again. He was doing so much better.' He said a little too loudly, our teacher hushing him.

'Okay students, toda-' The door slowly opened, Mr. Alderman walked in slowly. Giving our math teacher an apologetic smile and excusing himself. Turning around slighty, his eyes gliding over everyone in the room. His eyes stopped the second he reached mine.

'Mrs. Tera I would like to speak with you in private please.' My heart started beating like crazy, making my blood rush through my body. I found Luke's eyes, which were full of concern. Where Michael just laughed, 'You've gotten yourself a bad girl, Lucas'.

Luke didn't find that funny at all and stood up, forcing me down again. 'Mr. Alderman, I don't know what's going on but Rose had nothing to do with it.'

Our school head looked at him, raising an eyebrow. 'Don't worry about your friend, Mr Hemmings. She's in no trouble. Her presence is just needed somewhere else. Please return to your seat.'

Luke seemed to think for a moment before lightly resting his hand on my shoulder giving me a reassuring smile where after he sat down again.

I stood up and walked towards the door, feeling every students eyes on me. I closed the door behind me and walked up to Mr. Alderman. He gestured for me to follow him outside. Thinking we were walking to his office I took a right when I hear him speak 'Mrs Tera, this way please.' gesturing to the right.

We walked around the corner where the kid with his dirty blonde hair and long hair was standing. 'Ashton, right?' I spoke softly. He shook my hand, yet again while giving me a wink. 'Ashton Irwin, the one and only. Fraternity leader, passionate lover, secret Dragon Ball Z expert, allergic to cats, plays the drums and loves long walks on the beach.' I stared at him in shock before letting out a laugh.

'Rose Tera, no status, clumsy, secret old literature expert , loves dogs, plays the guitar and would never say no to a walk on the beach.' Ashton threw his head back in laughter but went silent when our dean coughed.

'We are kind of in a hurry, kids.' He suddenly seemed much nicer, giving Ashton a quick smile.

'Mr. Irwin, one of your fraternity brothers has broken the rules by vandalizing school property while under the influence of alcohol. As he is not able to properly interact I want to talk to you about his punishment and I want you to talk some sense into him when he's sober again.' suddenly very serious again.

'As for you Mrs Tera, the boy has refused to leave the football field. I am asking you, Rose, please get him home before he hurts himself or others around him.' Ashton looked at me confused, and to be honest I didn't know what was going on either.

'Sir, I don't understand.I'm sure someone else can do it, besides I'm positive that I'm the last person he'll want to see. Why me?'

'Because Mr. Hood stated that he only would to talk to you. He has been asking for you, Rose.'
