Izuku: I believe it was because of his brother being attacked by the hero killer luckily my medics were able to get him back on his feet.
Izuku I will keep searching around the area for him to lead these civilians to the center we have evac there.
Manual: very well be safe out here head to the evac zone once you and the other side kicks around here to be evacuated.
Izuku flies off checking streets and alley ways till a scream comes from one as he rushes towards ready for battle.
Minute's prior
As Izumi Todoroki and Ilda were being smacked around by stain due to his new form of strength and power. The trio couldn't believe someone to them a weakling was beating them so easily, but stain looks disappointed in them.

Stain walks up to Ilda taking out one of his blades as he stabs it into his legs slicing down it slowly to make him feel unimaginable pain. Ilda screaming from the pain look at Izumi and Todoroki twins for help. taking the blade out he goes for the other leg ready to stab it until he is kicked away. sliding to a stop checking the pain on his ribs. Seeing a man wearing black armor with a skull on the shoulder and UA on the other. Stain felt the need to retreat a bit but decided to stay looking at the strange man.
