As the stranger takes off his helmet, they could see who it was, Nezu and all might eyes widen as tears spill out of their eyes, Bakugo and Tokoyami fell on their knees finally finding him after all these years and Ibara started to tear after so long so many years he finally returns, return home to her and his family. Izuku: it's good to see you all again, I'm finally home.

Izuku looks at the everyone some with shocked faces some were crying others were full of anger and hate and was waiting to make a move until a person crash into him, due to Izuku being tall he had look down to see who was hugging him. It was Ibara as she wraps her arms around him as best she could hope she wasn't dreaming. Izuku hugs her back gently reminding himself of his strength and look into her beautiful eyes.
Ibara: Your back -tears coming down her eyes- your finally back....... i never gave up hope......
Izuku: indeed, Ibara I am and look how much you have grown into a beautiful delicate rose.
