It was an interesting meeting that I went to. The members mentioned how they have recovered the tablet of St'ror'ela. They said that its kept safe in their vault of alien artifacts. I figured out what the group of grey cloaked people are called. They are Recepto Mirabilis. This secret society wants to collect strange artifacts and defend the town from any aliens with bad intentions. The symbol that they use is a tablet. Apparently, I am also a new member of this society. The night I first came into Recepto Mirabilis' headquarters was my initiation night. I must not talk about the secret society with my family or anybody else in the town. When I asked the members about the strange tablet, and how it had gotten into my house. Mr. Barnhard explained that a former member of the group discovered the tablet in a field.

Out of desperation, he hid the tablet in my new house. It was vacant at the time. Since that house once belonged to a strange family. They refused to talk to anyone. They didn't participate in any of the town's festivals. I was surprised to find out that the town has an annual harvest festival. The time where people would display the biggest grown foods found in their fields. One time, a farmer brought a tomato that was the size of a pumpkin. Although a few people were suspicious if this farmer happened to use something made out of "spooky stuff". After the meeting, each of the Recepto Mirabilis members welcomed me. They will assign me missions from time to time. I felt so excited. I tried to control myself because I didn't want to reveal the existence of this awesome secret society. The members got me to come to the farmer's house. They had a potluck waiting for me. I knew there might be a reason why Monty told me that I should wait before eating. I had a wrap or two, mixed vegetables, and some mashed potatoes. Monty explained to me that he had only seen a few aliens here before my family moved here. The next scary thing didn't happen until a few days later. It was the first day of school. I remembered that Patrick and I hurried so that we can get ourselves ready. We hurried through our breakfast, even though Dad told us to slow down. After cleaning up, we were standing outside our house. Patrick looked around. Our parents told us that we were going to take the bus to school. Then I noticed him looking at the sky. My brother looked back at me. "Do you think that there are aliens watching us?" He questioned using sign language. "I wouldn't know. Besides, I like seeing the nice blue sky. It's nicer to see then any cults that want to destroy what we love." I answered. Then I saw something yellow turning onto our street. The bus held its stop sign out. The crossing arm was held out. Patrick took the lead and crossed the road.

I looked at the house where Monty lives. He was standing next to the side of the road. I waved to him, and he waved back. Patrick and I sat on different seats. There was one girl who was sitting across the aisle from where I was. She had blond hair, light skin, and a slim face. She was wearing a green shirt with a brownish checkered vest. She held a notepad in front of her, held by her right hand. She was holding a red pencil in her left hand. I couldn't tell what she had written on the pad of paper already. "Hi. My name is Grace. What's your name?" I called to her. At first she didn't respond. Then she looked at me. "So you're new around here?" The girl interrogated. "Yes." I replied. Then I saw her jotting something down on her notepad.

The bus was slowly moving down the street. The vehicle stopped across from Monty's house. "So, what did you do at your last home?" The same girl queried. "Uh, my parents used to own a restaurant. It was destroyed by a cult." I revealed. "Now that's interesting." The girl remarked. I felt offended by that. Monty crossed the road when the crossing arm and the stop sign were held out. "What's interesting?" I demanded normally. "How could cults be formed in the city. That's where they are mostly found. Sure there are a lot of cults in small towns. But any smart person will know to avoid those places." The girl mentioned with a normal yet sarcastic tone. Monty got on board the bus. The stop sign and crossing arm were folding back. "What's the problem Becky? Are you trying to bully my new neighbor?" Monty questioned with a serious tone. "Easy. I wasn't making fun of her. I was just telling her about facts of known cults." Becky responded. "Well, you're making me very uncomfortable." I divulged. "Sorry." Becky uttered. "Don't worry about Becky. She's not a bully. She's a bit of a pain sometimes." Monty informed me. "Do you want to sit with me?" I offered. My neighbor sat next to me. "How can I be a pain Monty? People around here need me. They need to know the truth." Becky professed. "Like how you ruined two different birthday parties? Just by telling everybody about them?" Monty asked. "They are fun facts that I believe people should know." Becky defended herself. "Those parties were supposed to be surprises. Don't spoil them. That's how you are a problem." Monty asserted. "I am only telling the truth. It's better then telling lies." Becky disclosed. Monty stared at the seat in front of him. The bus made it to school just in time.
