The Rain's Move, and a Cloud?

Despite Reborn wanting to bond with the discovered Sky, he actually lost in a draw with Colonello to connect with her first.

Lal just tagged along to make sure that he didn't screw up.

The three of them were over in London on the rooftops.

"You could teach us to avoid trouble?"

"Yeah, they say the best way is to go underground, or use the cover of the night to get around on the rooftops. But England had two thousand years of bloodshed and war, it's a ten on the horror meter." Zephyr said as she got to a building that still had secret tunnels.

"Was it, uh, muggle or wizard work? kora." Colonello asked.

"Both. You heard of the Great Fire of 1666? It was believed that it was a judgement from God or the apocalypse was unleashed, but the truth is that one stupid dark witch tried to gain power from the underworld by throwing England into panic and claiming their souls for an undead army. The stupid woman ended up getting burned by her own power. Same for Pompeii when it erupted."

"You mean some natural disasters were caused by dark wizards?" Lal asked.

"Stupid ones but yes. But don't worry, they never got involved with muggle's wars, not since the first muggle World War."

As they ventured around the tunnels, Zephyr even told them how wizards were involved with either the Dark Arts during the time, or even fighting against it.

Then they decided to work on running across rooftops to gain more mobility. Zephyr was a natural at it although she had to keep them under the night cover. 

"I admit, you are both doing well." Zephyr said as they rest on a rooftop garden.

"Thanks, you really know how to work out, kora." Colonello said laying across her lap and before they knew it, a click began to come into place, and he felt peaceful.

Lal had leaned against Zephyr as they chatted and she told them of more incidents Dark Wizards started, and she also felt a click going into place.

although Colonello was the rain, they both felt a Cloud along side his flames, and realized that Lal was the Cloud. She apparently was a secondary Cloud which was hidden by her Rain/Mist Flames.

Well, they say that to create weather, the sky first needs the cloud.
