Nisha: Guest floors and staff access points are secure. Everyone is on alert.

Veera: Everyone, meet Sitara Upadhyay, the Event Coordinator. She'll be helping us with tomorrow's preparations.

Sitara: (smiling politely) Nice to meet you all.

Veera: (turning to Sitara) Can you give us a detailed rundown of the schedule and layout for tomorrow's event?

Sitara: (spreading out a floor plan on the table) Absolutely. The main conference will be held in the Grand Ballroom on the 5th floor. We have multiple breakout sessions in the adjacent rooms, and the lunch session scheduled in the garden area.

Veera: (studying the floor plan) Good. We need to ensure all these areas are covered by surveillance and security teams. Parth, I want you to double-check the Grand Ballroom and the adjacent rooms. Raghav, focus on the garden area. Nisha, coordinate with the staff to ensure only authorized personnel have access.

Parth: (nodding) Got it.
