Taehyung couldn't quite pinpoint why everything seemed so effortless and enjoyable when he was with Jungkook. Whether it was making a simple meal, doing laundry, or any other mundane task, everything felt infused with a sense of excitement and ease.

What was truly thrilling him? Was it the tasks themselves, or the fact that Jungkook was the common factor in all of them?

He realized that it was Jungkook who made these ordinary activities extraordinary. Taehyung had never felt this way about anyone before, except perhaps for his old passion, "Old Monk."

But with Jungkook, the thrill was different, deeper. Jungkook brought joy and energy to his life that he hadn't known was missing, making every moment together something to look forward to, something to cherish.

Taehyung took another drag of the fuming cigarette, then sighed as he looked at it. Even this piece of addiction felt foreign and bitter to him now. What he truly craved wasn't the taste of tobacco but something far more addictive; something he couldn't quite place.

Why was it so difficult? Frustrated, Taehyung threw the half-smoked cigarette near the bushes and went back inside. He wondered why he hadn't gone out; it wasn't like him sitting at home. Normally, he would be at any relative's house, always engaged in one activity or another.

But now, the allure of those activities seemed to pale in comparison to the thought of being with Jungkook. The thought gnawed at him, making him restless yet hesitant to leave the confines of their shared space. The realisation hit him with a jolt: Does Jungkook had become his new addiction, more potent than any vice he had ever known?

"Ah, I should buy something for Juno. What's the time now?" Taehyung asked himself as he stepped inside the house. He glanced at the clock, which showed 6 PM. He hummed thoughtfully and looked down at his slightly damp t-shirt. "Let me quickly change it," he said to himself and headed towards the bedroom.

On the way, he noticed Taeri sitting in the living room, happily munching on a Bibimbap with a cute pout. Taehyung couldn't help but smile at the sight. There was something endearing about the way she ate, fully immersed in the simple pleasure of her meal. He paused for a moment, feeling a warm sense of contentment before continuing on to the bedroom to change.

He stopped at the doorstep of their bedroom when he noticed the door was partially closed. He was about to push it open but paused, catching a glimpse of Jungkook through the crack. His breath hitched as he saw Jungkook rolling up his pants to oil his legs.

Taehyung's eyes followed the movement of Jungkook's hand, mesmerized; from the toes to the knees. He couldn't tell if it was because of the weather or something else, but he felt himself start to sweat. The simple, intimate act of self-care drew him in, making his heart race. Taehyung stood there, transfixed, feeling an intense mix of affection and desire for his husband.

"Ah, Taehyung. Stop being a p,,vrt. Go away and come back later. You will make him uncomfortable again," Taehyung screamed in his head. However, his body betrayed him, and he leaned forward, pressing one eye against the crack of the door to get a better view.

He couldn't tear his gaze away as Jungkook's hands moved with gentle precision, applying the oil to his legs. The sight was hypnotic, and Taehyung felt a surge to replace Jungkook's hands with his.

"Just a little longer," he thought, unable to resist the magnetic draw of the scene before him. He knew he should respect Jungkook's privacy, but the moment was too intimate and beautiful to walk away from.

"Why is his knees pink?" Taehyung wondered aloud when he got a glimpse of Jungkook's knees. "Is it because he eats carrots alot?" He asked himself, rubbing his own both knees in circular motion, bending slightly to see more.
