Would you believe it if I told you, I was invited to Astra's birthday party?

Well I was, since her birthday was the day after the summer solstice, we put everything off like the traditional laurel wreaths.

Astra had invited me, Annabeth and Grover. The party was in Dionysus cabin, it was amazing. They had drinks and weed, but I think I'm still a little too young for that shit right now. But regardless it was fun. Annabeth was in charge of taking pictures.

Our favorite was definitely the one where her friends smashed her face in the cake, and her face was covered in cake. The good thing is that they made two cakes, one to smash her face in and one for everyone else.

I got to meet one of her friends, Silena. She's nice, and really pretty but not necessarily my type. We had talked all night though, I found out my 'type' because of her. But I'm not exactly ready to say what.

At the end of the party, we took a group picture, everyone was in it. I have never seen Astra so happy, though I had noticed during the singing she seemed sad and kept looking to her side.

It didn't take a genius to figure out what was happening. She was looking around hoping her brother would appear, but her hopes would get crushed within seconds.

I felt bad for her. I could never imagine watching my sibling die, especially a twin. She had waited a couple of seconds looking around after they finished singing to blow the candles out.

It was a late notice to me so I couldn't really get her anything, but before coming to camp I had gone to the pharmacy and got her a box of chocolates. I remember her mentioning how she has an obsession with chocolate, while we were at Disneyland.

That she doesn't care what type of chocolate, but as long as it's chocolate she will eat it. I had to ask mom which one I should get her but I ended up getting her that forty eight pack of Ferrero Rocher.

When she saw it, she went crazy. She was insanely happy, she started eating it right there. She ate about ten before putting it away saying she was going to save it for later.

Now I know that means, she's going to eat it all the moment she gets in her room. I don't blame her them chocolates are so fucking good, it's insane.

Whoever came up with them, needs to be treated like a fucking god.

It was the day after the party now, which meant traditional shit apparently.

We were the first heroes to return alive to Half-Blood Hill since Luke, so of course everybody treated us as if we'd won some reality-TV contest. According to camp tradition, we wore laurel wreaths to a big feast prepared in our honor, then led a procession down to the bonfire, where we got to burn the burial shrouds our cabins had made for us in our absence.
