You were on your balcony of your penthouse in Crousant, reading a book. Every page flipping with the breeze as you were reading your book. Being one of the youngest people in the senate meant that you were under supervision at all times.

You liked being protected, but also being protected had a lot of downfalls. The major downfall being that you were not able to go out without protection. Wanting to hang out with some friends? Not by yourself. Wanting to do just simple tasks? Not by yourself.

You were also not allowed to go visit other planets such as tatooine due to its high crime rates. As you read your book, you wondered how much people are at the places that you would like to visit. What it would feel like to be free.

Despite being under strict rules, you couldn't lie and say that you didn't have nice-looking protectors. Luke Skywalker had been assigned to be your protector, and he was handsome. His blue eyes complimented his sandy hair color, which complimented his face shape.

Luke Skywalker could go anywhere where he pleased to go. Luke could go to Endor or Tatooine and not be in the need to have protection on him. He could do ANYTHING and not have any protectors breathing down his neck.

After reading your book for a while, you look up and see all the lights from the city come on, every cantina filing with people your age and many people using their speeders. Many that had flown past your balcony, creating a crisp air to hit your face and brush up against your hair.

As you were going back to your book, you heard the sound of a familiar speeder in the distance. Following the sound of a familiar beep come out of the speeder, you thought true. You look up from your book and look into the distance that the noise was coming from to find no other than your protector Luke Skywalker behind the wheel.

Letting out a slight chuckle before closing your book and placing it on the seat that you had been sitting on. Waiting for your jedi protector to come by your balcony.

"If it isn't my jedi protector?" You reply as Luke comes by in his speeder

"Isn't it past your bedtime, sweetheart?" Luke replies

"Well, I don't have anyone to protect me while I sleep." You reply

"Darn, you got me their y/n/l!" Luke exclaims

You walk up to the speeder with caution, examining its every feature and deta before saying,"it's lovely."

"You don't wanna go for a ride, do you?" Luke replies

You look at him confused before Luke adds, "You can't get out of the penthouse.... go see the world."

"Is it safe?" You question

Luke leans closer to you before adding, "Sure!do you trust me?"

"What?" You reply back slightly confused

"Do you trust me?" Luke repeats again, this time extending his hand out

You grab his hand as you make eye contact with him and saying,"Yes" before getting pulled up from the balcony and into the passenger seat of the speeder.

The speeder quickly goes off and away as you look back to see your balcony get smaller and smaller as you get farther and farther away. Looking down at the city and seeing all the colorful lights and all the blob look alike, people swarm the sidewalks of the busy town.

At the end you both end up sitting in your speeder outside of Crousant, admiring the beautiful lights.

"I haven't seen something more beautiful." You say in awe

"It beautiful....almost like the forest green trees on Endor" Luke replies

"I could just imagine...." You say in a more of a whisper tone

"But not as beautiful as.....oh nevermind....we should get you back in your penthouse" Luke replies and goes into the driver's seat of the speeder

You let out a frown before nodding and heading into the passenger side of the speeder before it goes in motion.

As the speeder goes in motion and back into the city you look out to examine the city during night one last time before your locked in your penthouse once again.
