"B" Marisa stated and Cora, Scott and Kira nodded as they filled in the bubble on their papers.
Marisa let out a breath, setting her pencil down "ok. I know u guys just really wanna use our free periods for homework, but can we be done now? I answered a question just like u asked" She asked, setting her chin in her hand as she glided her eyes over the three, stopping on Scott who sat beside her smiling at her
Cora looked between the two with furrowed brows before turning to look at Kira who stared across from her at Scott also.
"R we gonna talk about the walrus in the room?" She asked getting their attention
"The what?" Scott asked her with a chuckle
"The walrus in the room" Cora shrugged casually. The three others shared smiles, chuckling at her
"Uh..the saying is..elephant in the room" Kira told her
"Whatever" Cora shrugged "r we gonna talk about the fact that the two of u broke up and didn't tell any of us?" She asked Kira and Scott making their faces drop
"Uh..." they spoke with slacked jaws, sharing awkward glances
"We didn't want it to be a big thing" Kira shrugged
"Yeah" Scott nodded in agreement. Cora furrowed her brows, looking at Marisa who just shrugged, confusing her even more
"O...k. Nevermind" she stated awkwardly when Marisa sat up straighter
"Id like to speak ab a different.." She paused, clearing her throat "Walrus..in the room" she finished. Cora gave her a look as the other two chuckled at them
"Don't u start" Cora told her sternly, glaring at her from across the table
"Oh come on!" Marisa complained, slamming her hands on the table lightly "U gotta give me something" she told her pleadingly
"We would...like to know if he seems trustworthy or not" Scott added, shrugging his shoulders and Cora gave him a look
"God..when the two of u r on the same side, it's really annoying" She complained. Marisa and Scott smiled, glancing at one another before turning back to her, raising their brows at her for her to begin "I don't know. He slept on the couch. He made pancakes this morning"
"We have the stuff for pancakes?" Marisa asked with furrowed brows
"Why'd he sleep over?" Kira asked and Marisa snapped, pointing at Kira
"I'd like to know that too" She nodded. Cora groaned, rolling her eyes as she grabbed her things, standing up
"I don't need to explain myself to u guys, alright. He seems like a decent guy." She shrugged in annoyance before looking at Marisa "but not that kind of decent. Now leave me alone" she snapped before stomping away.
The three left sitting at the table shared wide eyed glances
"Wow" Marisa whispered when Stiles and Malia headed their way, faltering when Cora stomped past them, not acknowledging them at all
"What's wrong with her?" Malia asked with furrowed brows
"Shes having feelings again" Marisa answered. Malia nodded
"Oh" she whispered understandingly
"Did u get in to see lydia?" Scott asked stiles
"No. I tried to use my free period to see her but she's in the ICU. No one outside family is allowed in" Stiles answered as he and Malia approached their table
"We got one thing" Malia told them, setting a decently sized book down in front of them, opening it for them to see the large word Bestiary printed on it
