Soonie's mate Seokie

It was the 14th of June. One day prior to Soonyoung's eighteenth birthday.

Again Soonyoung was lazily lying on his bed thinking about yesterday.

How Selene the Moon goddess herself had visited him.

After she disappeared, Soonyoung had pinched himself several times to assure that he wasn't dreaming about it.

And surely he wasn't because yes Selene had visited him and had asked him to protect her child.

He was wondering if he should tell Seokmin about the whole Moon goddess visiting him and asking for protecting him.

After some thinking he decided against it. He will keep Selene and his meeting a secret.

It was almost afternoon and he had his breakfast. He knew that everyone from Crescent moon pack would be coming by now to help decorate the pack for his birthday.

He wanted to go for a run around the Red moon's vicinity but he was feeling too lazy to even move out of his house. So he decided to just lay down and spend his day lazing around in his room.

His friends wouldn't allow him to come out his house anyway.

And truth to be told Soonyoung didn't feel as excited as he was years before for his eighteenth birthday.

He wanted Seokmin as his mate by hook or by crook but he knew it wasn't possible because where in the world have you heard two pure breed wolves being mates? (In this fiction it's possible Soonie😉)

Then it clicked him that yesterday when Moon goddess had visited him he could have asked her who would be his mate, right?

Oh how stupid he is for not asking the main question to her.

"Do you think she would have told you?", came his wolf's voice.

"She would have told", said Soonyoung

"Yeah right. Others come to know about their mate when they turn eighteen and for you she would have given an exemption and would have told you before only. Are you stupid or what?, said Hoshi already irritated by him.

"But I obeyed her request so in return she could have told me who my mate would be", said Soonyoung

"Ugh it doesn't work like that idiot. Mates are known when you turn eighteen. Not before that. Even if you are Moon goddess's son then too you won't get an exemption. Ask Seokmin if he knows who his mate is", said Hoshi

"Um yeah he told me he doesn't know about it. What if he is lying?", said Soonyoung

"You know what, I don't want to deal with your stupidity right now. So do whatever you want", said Hoshi shuting himself.

"Now a days Hoshi shuts himself on his own, first I used to be irritated by him and used to shut him up, so now is he getting irritated by me so much that he himself is shutting down", thought Soonyoung

"Of course I am getting irritated by you", said Hoshi

Before he could say anything there was a knock on his door.

"Who would it be at this time?", thought Soonyoung

"Well open the door and see it for yourself", said Hoshi sarcastically.

"Ok ok I am checking jeez"

Soonyoung opened the door and he saw the sun himself I mean Seokmin standing there with his oh so blinding smile which can outshine the sun itself.

And just like that his face lit up seeing his crush on his doorstep.

"Oh Seokie"

"Soonie i hope I am not disturbing you"
