Shattered Bonds

Seokmin was still in the place where he found his solace every time he came here.

The serene atmosphere of nature always calmed his racing nerves.

The animals that turned out to be his best friends over the years, listened to his worries with full attention and also advised in their particular way.

Bagheera and Khan were his most favourite animals out there. Simba, Mufasa and Scar were fun-loving and they were his wolf's favourite people to hang out with.

Another thing he liked about this place was that here he could freely transform into his wolf. Without any care and any worry of anyone finding his secret.

DK also loved coming here but it became difficult when they found their mate and didn't want to be separated from Soonyoung and Hoshi respectively.

DK's heart clenched as he remembered Hoshi. His calm in the chaotic world, his solace in uncertainty, his other half and the love of his life.

"Found you", shouted Seokmin as he saw Mufasa and Scar hidden deep in a cave.

"Seokmin, we missed you. I mean we missed DK more, but whatever", said Scar.

"Don't mind him. How are you? We are meeting you after a long time. Did you forget us just because you found your mate?", asked Mufasa.

Seokmin hugged both the lions, "I missed you guys more"

"Did you get in a fight with your mate? That you finally decided to bless us with your presence?", asked Scar.

"Scar. Stop with your ridiculous assumptions. His mate loves him a lot. Didn't you hear stories of them from our divine?", said Bagheera.

Seokmin turned sad at the mention of his mate.

The other five noticed the change.

"Hey are you alright?", asked Simba.

Seokmin masked his expression into a happy one,
"Yeah, yeah I am alright. What would happen to me? Enough of your questions, you guys tell me. How are you? What all happened when I wasn't here?"

Bagheera and Khan looked at each other.

"We are good. Apart from how this Mufasa keeps irritating me, we all are good", said Scar.

"It's fun irritating you"

Seokmin smiled,
"You both remind me of Seungkwan and Chan. They both are also like you, always fighting with each other but also love each other the most".

"Tell us more about your mate. How is he? Is he treating you well? If not tell us, we'll take care of him", said Khan.

"My mate?" Seokmin smiled remembering the days he spent with Soonyoung.

Soonyoung's unconditional love, his unwavering support and the way he was always with Seokmin assuring him whenever there was uncertainty clouding Seokmin's mind.

"Look at how he is blushing thinking about his mate." Commented Mufasa.

Seokmin blushed.

"I love him. He's my rock, my safe haven and my everything. He has always made my darkest days brighter just by being himself. I have fallen head over heels for him and can't think of loving anyone else other than him"

"Wow. What a heartfelt confession", said Simba.

"Have you kissed him yet?", asked Scar.

Seokmin blushed at that.

He remembered their shared kisses, their tender moments and they way Soonyoung always took care of him whenever he needed.

Oh how he wants to be in his mates arms while they share kisses and just simply stare into each other's eyes.
