The dinner was carried out in the chaos created by Aryan and Aashika. It is never silent whenever those little munchkins are around. I got praised for the Pav Bhaji I prepared for the breakfast. Its not like I am being praised for the first time in my life, but being praised by my in-laws made the floral buds bloom in my chest.
My father-in-law gifted me a pendant from Tiffany & Co. It was an emerald pendant, which I absolutely loved. Choti Maa and Chote Papa gifted me some gold bangles, but out of all of these, the one I loved the most was the one that Aryan and Aashika gave me.
A bracelet, customized. Aashika's friend in university does this little business of selling customized bracelets, and she does that online. It's pretty good; being a university student, she is trying to be self-sufficient, and the best thing is that she is dreaming and making her dreams come true.
Aryan and Aashika requested that she make one for me about a month ago; that's what they told me. A smile made it's way to my lips when I saw my initials carved on the bracelet.

Keeping everything aside, the best one I got was from my pretty mother-in-law.
Her gift was enough to make both of her giant sons jealous of my existence.
She said, ' I promise to love you more than that arrogant son of mine.'
What else do I need? I have everyone by my side now. Papa, even after giving me the pendant, he still asked for my preference if I needed something.
" Ask whatever you want, Beta."
I just replied with a soft 'Nothing, Papa '.
I married the man of my dreams; what else can I ask for?. A little aarti was organized in the house at 10 am in the morning, but Advait was not present in the house at that time, so we skipped it for the evening.
His presence is important in whatever I do. I have confidence in whatever we will do. Our profession plays a part in it. Advait and I belong to the same profession, and I hope that it will play a vital part in our relationship, knowing that it will help us understand each other.
