IF YOU HAD SAT JULIET MONTGOMERY DOWN TWO MONTHS AGO AND TOLD HER THAT LANDO NORRIS WOULD BE SITTING IN HER HOUSE, SHE WOULD'VE CALLED YOU A LIAR AND LAUGHED IN YOUR FACE.

Yet, ironically, that exact situation was playing out right in front of her. Lando grinned at her from the lounge, grabbing a grape from the smorgasbord of snacks in front of him and popped into his mouth.

Truthfully, present Juliet would still laugh in your face when you told her Lando was sitting on her lounge, but not because she didn't believe you. It would be entirely because the thought made her nervous. But now wasn't time for stressful thoughts. She was meant to be relaxing.

Juliet shook her head free of the thoughts, grabbing the two wine glasses she had filled with red wine. She delicately placed them on the coffee table, careful not to spill anything before taking her place next to Lando. She wrapped her legs in a crisscross position under herself.

"So, how exactly does this skincare stuff work," He put air quotation marks on the word skincare which only made Julie roll her eyes with a smile.

"Have you never done skincare before?" She asked, watching as he picked up a face mask in utter confusion.

"Normally I just throw some water on my face and wash it with soap and continue on with my day." He said nonchalantly.

Juliet could feel her whole body cringe at the admission of using a bar of soap for facial wash. She shook her head, grabbing the mask from his hands and ripping it open. She could feel him watching her carefully as she moved, clearly skeptical of it all.

"You desperately need my guidance," She spoke, adjusting his face with the sides of her palms before gently placing the mask on his face.

The initial coolness of the mask made him flinch underneath it, causing her to glare at him for almost making her mess up the placement. Safe to say he didn't move again.

She evened out the creases and bumps on the mask, making sure it lay perfectly flat on his face to achieve its full effect. She had never done this with anyone before so she had never realised how intimate It was. His eyes never left her face, she could feel them tracing every inch.
