It's the next day, everybody was so happy today, because aadhriti's reports were normal and the doctor gave her permission for discharge early in the morning. Ishan, anirudh , abhay , vijeet and ishita came to take her home while all the other ladies were already home preparing for aadhriti's welcome. Agastya also had gone with them because he had an online meeting and he also had to drop aaradhna to khanna mansion, so he decided to do the meeting at Khanna mansion itself.
Soon they all left the hospital with aadhriti and reached khanna mansion. Pallavi did aadhriti's aarti and took all the evil eyes off from her. Then aadhriti started moving towards her room. She paused looking at the staircase thinking how would she reach her room , she was about to walk but suddenly she felt two strong arms, one around her waist and the other one around her knees and in a second ishan picked her up in his arms , she also circled her hands around his neck and ishan started climbing the stairs.
Both the families were looking at them in an 'awwwwww.'
They both reached aadhriti's room, ishan safely made her lay down on her bed and was about to move but aadhriti held his hand , pulled him closer and lifting her head a little she placed a kiss on his cheek muttering a thankyou. Ishan was taken aback by her action, he was looking at her with surprised eyes. Soon all the family members of both the families arrived , they all talked for a few minutes and then looking at aadhriti sunaina said to pallavi,"chaliye bhabhi ji , ab hum log chalte hain jaldi hi aayenge shaadi ki date pakki karne."
(Ok sister-in-law, let us leave for now, we will come soon to fix the wedding date).
Saying this she came closer to aadhriti and placed a kiss on her forehead, aadhriti reciprocated her gesture with a sweet yet shy smile. And the Oberoi's came to aadhriti one by one to wish her a speedy recovery and they all started leaving but there was someone who was standing still.
Ishan was thinking something but vijeet's words broke his trance when vijeet called him questioning," chalo ishaan beta ghar nahi jaana hai kya."
(Come on son, don't you want to go home?)
Ishan didn't replied anything to him instead he came closer to abhay and said," uncle kya mai yahi per ruk sakta hun aadhriti ka dhyan rakhne ke liye?"
(Uncle, can I stay here to take care of Aadhriti?)
These words left from ishan's mouth and the Oberoi family turned their heads looking at ishan their eyes widened in shock as if they would fall anytime out of the sockets.
