"Ishan, ishan....", the faint sound was reaching her ears in the room as sunaina was calling for ishan.
He was out for the whole day, he just went to Khanna's to pick aadhriti and dropped her to the Oberoi's. He didn't even entered the mansion, after dropping her, he drove off out of the mansion. He didn't even talked with her during the whole ride.
"Aadhriti.... aadhriti beta where are you lost?", pallavi said tapping aadhriti's shoulder.
Feeling her touch aadhriti's ecstasy of thoughts broke, she didn't realised that she was off guarded thinking about his strange behaviour.
She was currently sitting on th sofa beside ishan placed on the stage of the main hall of Oberoi mansion as their reception was going on.
"Noth... nothing mumma", aadhriti said looking at pallavi with a sly smile on her face.
Driving the focus to ishan, he was sitting with an expression less face, fisted hands and red raging eyes. Nobody knows where he was since the morning, what work was so important that he was out for the whole day and was so busy on the day of his reception.
But in reality nobody was aware of his doings, that he was out of the house since yesterday's night and not today's morning.
Aadhriti was wearing a beautiful heavy gown, with minimal make-up done, her hairs tied in a low messy bun on her left shoulder. Beautiful small studs on her ears highlighting her beauty. At the same time ishan was wearing a black customized three piece all black suit. With a beautiful brooch on the upper pocket of the suit, again the brooch was customized. Pairing his suit with a black luxury Jaeger-Lecoultre watch and lastly formal black shoes.
The guests were meeting them and clicking pictures. Soon the picture session was over and they both stood up and went to the centre of the hall for the cake cutting ceremony. Feeling her hand on the knife beneath his, when they were about to cut the cake he felt spark of emotions ran through his body for a second but he shrugged his emotions. They both cut the cake and fed each other. Agastya and aaradhna came to them. Forwarding an envelope aaradhna said," Your gift, as we said we will give you when you both will be present together."
"But bhabhi what's this", aadhriti asked looking at the plain white envelope in her hands.
"Just open it already ", aaradhna said with excitement.
Aadhriti opened the envelop and found two plane tickets inside.
"These are your honeymoon tickets to Switzerland, we are gifting you, a two week honeymoon package for switzerland", aaradhna said excitedly looking at their stunned faces.
