Dwellers chaos (redone)

When they slap your face you wake up.
"There she is. Let's show her why she isn't allowed in here." Just then they drag you through the vault by your arms and you see through a window a random ghoul being tortured and cut into. You pass another window and another ghoul is being slices apart piece by piece.

You try to stop and escape but they stop in front of another window. They don't move this time. You try to break free again but they punch you in the face. This causes you  to bleed. They grab you by your hair and force you to look in the window.

You let out a yell, "no! Let him go! Take me instead!" They smile as you plead for Coops life. Coop is strapped to a table starring at you. He struggles in the restraints. He can't break them. You know it's only a matter of time before he needs his medicine or he will slowly turn. You know he only has 4 days before that happens.

They force you to watch as they begin punching Coop in the face and stomach. He starts to cough up blood and they stop. They start to take you away as you start to cry. The tears stinging your fresh cut on your cheek.

They throw you in a room with only a bed and table in it. You just curl up and cry. If you hadn't have stopped at an empty hospital, you wouldn't be in this mess right now. You were taken in just fine but as soon as you went into that room, you found out they lure ghouls in and torture them.

A few hours go by and you plead for them to take you to Coop. Finally, your door opens and it's the overseer. "Hello Y/N, my name is Dell. I'm going to ask you a few questions and I hope you answer them truthfully for the ghouls sake."

You raise your head and snark back, "his name is Coop! I'll answer anything as long as you can prove he is safe!"

Dell nods and opens a small window behind him. You see Coop still struggling against his restraints but still alive. "Can we start?" Dell asks with a nice tone. You nod and they slam the door shut so you can't see Coop anymore.

"What is your name?"
"Y/N MacLean."
"Good. What vault are you from?"
"33."
"See these are easy questions. Why are you with this ghoul?"

You stare at him and then answer "because we were on a mission to find my father who was taken by Moldaver. He offered to help me as long as I gave him 200 caps."

Dell smiles and then claps his hands. "A ghoul who is in need of help. Typical. Next question...why did you ask us to take you instead of him?"

You pause for a second then quietly say your answer.

"I'm sorry I didn't catch that." Dell says.
"I said because I love him." You look at the floor. Dell stares at you.

"He is forcing her to love him. He clearly needs to die. I want him dissected right away." He gets up and leaves quickly.

You panic in your head then grab the gun from a guard  and shoot him in the foot then point the gun under his chin and shoot him. Another guard runs at you and you shoot him in the head. You grab his keys and unlock the door.

You quickly undo the straps off Coop and run to the medical cabinet. You grab a stem pak and stab him in the leg. You find his bag with his medicine and open it and pour it in his mouth. He opens his eyes and coughs. You quickly kiss him and then grab his bag and his hand and give him the gun.

"Can you walk?" You say as you help him up. He nods and says "I can do so much more. Give me that scalpel on the tray. I'm about to fuck up these assholes."

You give him the knife and step back as the guards start to stand in the doorway. You see Coop stand up straight and crack his neck side to side. He smirks and says "come on ass holes. Who wants to die first?" And with that he starts to kill the guards one by one with only the scalpel. Once he is done, he wipes the knife off on a guard and throws it to the side. There is so much blood but you know he had to have revenge.

"Time to go darling. Do you know how to get out?" He says grabbing his bag and placing his hat on.

You look at your pip boy and follow the way out. You pass by a door marked armory. You open the door and grab a few weapons and then start out to the outer door. You mess around a bit but got the door to open. People are shooting at you and you get the door open enough for you and Coop to get out.

Once out, he grabs you and you both run. He comes up to a house that is still sturdy but empty. He checked all rooms and we fortified the bedroom door where we made a fire over by a corner and made camp.

"Come over here Y/N." He motions for you to join him by the fire. You sit next to him.

He turns to look into your eyes. "What is wrong? I thought you weren't a sappy man?" You chuckle out.

"I almost died back there. You know they would have killed me. You saved me again." He is holding your hand at this point. "I can't believe I'm saying this but, I am starting to love you. Before you get scared, if you don't feel the same I understand." Before he can continue you stop him.

"I love you too. I am never scared of you." You say kissing him. "I just have to ask you something?"

"Anything." He says nodding.

"When did you realize the vaults were bad?"

Coop goes quiet for a few seconds. You fear he won't answer. He sighs. "We can drop the bombs ourselves."

"What does that mean?"

"That is what my wife said to a room of top buyers. I ended our marriage a day after that and just a few days later, I lost all my jobs. And then the bombs were dropped. I hated the vaults and never went into one but I got my daughter in one before it was too late. I stayed back because I couldn't go in." He says while he holds you. You feel your cheek get wet. Coop was crying.

"Why you crying?" You look at him and he just shakes his head.

"I don't cry. It's just hard to talk about that day because of my daughter Janey. And then I thought you would leave me because of it all too." He says just sitting there.

You suddenly feel sick and run to a corner and puke. You wipe your mouth and take a swig of vodka. You swish your mouth out with it and lay on the bed. "I don't feel so good."

"You need Rad Away. I'll hook you up and you sleep." You nod as he hooks it up and lean against the headboard and drift off to sleep.
