Dwellers chaos (redone)

You run after the ghoul that is your bounty. He throws a knife at you but you manage to dodge it in time. He dives under some debris and go to follow.

"No! Y/N don't!" Coop yells at you but too late. You slid in between the debris and found yourself in a small room. You were now trapped. The ghoul punches you in the face and shoves you into a wall. You go to shoot him but he kicks it out of your hand. He grabs it and shoots you in the stomach. He then pushes you again and this time you stay down.
The ghoul smiles and waves bye then runs away. You clench onto your stomach.

You scream out for Coop. He makes his way into the room and you can tell he is pissed at you but concerned.

"Y/N! Fuck! Why didn't you listen to me?!" He yells at you as he gets you out of the debris and carries you to a patch of grass. He lays you down gently. He cuts your top to get a better look at the gunshot. "Fuck!" He says as he sees you bleed. He looks into your eyes and says, "this is going to hurt a lot. Might want to bite on this." He hands you a rag. You put it in your mouth. He takes a deep breath and then takes his pointer and thumb and tries to dig out the bullet. He holds you down as you try to squirm away. "Stay with me! Stay awake! Look into my eyes!" he demands from you.

You look and clench your hands on the ground. "Don't you dare shut those eyes!" He yells at you as you pass out.

When you come to, you are hooked up to radaway and laying down next to the fire. You have a blanket on you. You have a bandage on your stomach. You see an empty stempak next to you. Coop is smoking a cigarette looking out in the darkness.

"You fucker!" You yell at him.

He shoots his gaze at you and smiles. "Glad you are ok too." He says.

"You weren't supposed to use that unless an emergency. Now we only have 3." You say throwing the stempak at him.

He stares at you and then starts yelling at you. "You almost died! You want me to let you die?! I can't fucking loose you! God damn it darling!" He kicks a chair across the room. He plops on the ground and sighs. "I can't loose you like I lost everything else. I refuse to loose you."

You try to move but it's painful. "Hey." He doesn't look at you so you yell now. "Hey!" This caught his attention.

"I'm sorry." You sigh. "I was just trying to help but ended up making you loose him instead." You sit next to Coop and nudge him.

"I don't care that I lost him. I can always find my bounty. I can't always find you. I would search everywhere for you! Do you not see that this asshole Ghoul loves you?" He nudges you back. You smile.

"So what was the damage to me?" You ask looking at the bandage on your stomach.

"Shot in the stomach but got the bullet out. 17 stitches and going to have a nice scar. I believe you need to get your organs checked. I saw some black come out of you." He says. "But there is only a few places that I trust to look over you and not kill you." He just looks into your eyes.

"And where is that?" You grab your side when you tried to lean forward to kiss him.

"No you rest." He says pulling away.

You both stay in this area for a few days until you are able to handle the pain to walk long distances.

"Are you sure you can handle this trip?" Coop asks as he grabs your bag from your hand.

"Cooper Howard! I am not a little girl! I can make it." You snap at him and take back the bag.

"Alright. But I'm not gonna carry you." He says throwing his hands up.

You both walk for about 6 hours. You clench your side from time to time but you don't rest. Coop was impressed by it. You finally reach where Coop has a trusted doctor.

"Assistance!" Coop yells.

"Fuck you!" A man with a metal arm and no legs comes out from behind the counter. "You are supposed to be in the ground still. Who woke you up?"

"A few wanna be cowboys. They thought they could keep me as a pet. I killed them." Coop smiles.

"Who this?" He asks as he sees you clenching your side.

"My prize. Y/N." He smirks. You shoot him a mean glare.

"This way. What model is she?" He asks and you just are stunned.

"AR12XL89. She wasn't programmed." Coop says. You didn't even know what you were.

"How do you know what I am? I don't even know that." You ask just shocked.

"Coop here used to work for Vault-tec and I designed you. Well, things like you. You are 10 years behind my latest design. Lay down." You do and he looks at the wound. He nods. "Ah I might have that stomach." He disappears into a closet. You hear stuff falling off shelves and him curse.

He comes back so fast. He blows off the dust. You just stare at him and he smiles. "Don't look scared. Give me 5 minutes and you will be able to fight Coop here again. That is if you want that?" He smiles. You nod. He walks behind you and next thing you know, you wake up in a bed. Coop and the man are talking and drinking.

You rub your head. "What did you do to me?"

"I just simply turned you off. Did you not know about that either?" The man says. You shake your head. "Oh my goodness. You really don't know what you are. Interesting. Very interesting." He says chugging his drink and goes over to you. "You have a 3 point emergency shut off code in the back of your head. It's not visible unless you know what to look for. Coop knows it." Coop nods and continues drinking.

"Well, okey dokey then. How was everything in there?" You point to your stomach.

"Broke a valve in the stomach but it got a very nice upgrade. I also did a nice tune up for you. Hope you don't mind. I don't get to work on the ones that aren't programmed. You can do everything to your full potential now. Still didn't program you to kill surface people though." He chuckles as he shows you your old stomach. "Oh and you can do drugs without the side effects like before. You don't need those pills anymore." He says as he shows you the hole in your old stomach.

You admire how nice the man is. You see Coop looking out the window. He was watching a little girl play with a dead rad roach.

You walk up behind him and hug him from behind. He shifts so you are to his side and his arm is around you. "Glad you pulled through." He chuckles.

"Do you miss your daughter? I see you watching that girl." You ask as you look up at him.

"I do but that's a long time ago. Don't know if I'd like her in this world. It robs you of a life. I mean look at me. A mean ass cowboy who doesn't anything to earn money. You aren't even human per say. Some parts are but still a shitty world." He says looking at you.

"At least you don't have to deal with an ex finding out you moved on." You snort out. He shoots you a wicked grin. He grabs your ass and pinches you.

"Ow!" You slap his stomach.

"Ow back!" He laughs. "She would have been jealous of you too. Being more flexible. Sexier. And can't forget," he kisses your cheek, "mine!" He bites your earlobe just enough to make you want more. He pulls away and shakes his head no. "Not until that hole closes then I'll reward you." He smirks and you two just enjoy the day relaxing.
