Chapter 13-safe house

Lucy's pov
Once everyone got to the safe house which used to be an old apartment complex that belong to a big gang we arrested last year everyone was on the middle floor but had separate apartments but we were all next to each other, me Tim and Tamra all stayed in the same one, there was a metro team down in the lobby and Aron's parents had hired private security no one but these people knew where we were so if anything happened at least we would be able to figure out who did it, we went over the basics and then we all went to get settled in after about an hour Angela and Jack come over
"Hey we didn't know you would be coming over" I say
"Yeah I needed a break from Wesley and our baby girl is asleep so I thought you could use a little baby Jack to cheer you up" she says
"Thanks" I say smiling
"Aunt lucy mommy said that we get to stay here a while and that means more playdates with you and uncle Tim" Jack says cutely as he comes running in
"Oh yeah" I say as I look at Angela
"I thought you two could use the practice" she says 
"Uncle Tim what are you doing" Jack asks
"Well buddy I'm making lunch are you and mommy staying or is this a quick visit" he says
"Depends on what your making" Angela says
"Shrimp pasta" I say
"Yeah we're staying for lunch" she says and comes and sits next to me on the couch and jack goes over to the kitchen with Tim
"Can I watch uncle Tim please" Jack begs
"Sure come here" Tim says and lifts him up and puts him on the counter so he could watch Tim cook and Tim explains how to make the dish to Jack and once he's fully distracted Angela turns to me and starts a conversion
"Hows Tamra"
"Well she hasn't come out of her room the whole time we've been here and she barely said a word while she was packing but I don't think it's just because she was threatened" 
"Yeah the first few times you realize that someone has been watching you is scary but you eventually get used to it"
"Yeah I know but still it's insane that she has to worry about that"
"I know but on a brighter note your almost done with your pregnancy, have you thought of a name yet"
"Yes but we aren't telling anyone till she's born so you'll just have to wait like everyone else and honestly I am so scared that once this kid comes out everything is going to go wrong"   
"I know its hard but we got through Elijah thing fine and that was definitely a hard and scary time, not as bad as this but even I was scared"
"Yeah you have a point, you know who I really wish was here to witness this"
"I have a pretty good guess"
"Jackson, it's times like this were I miss him the most, you know he will never get to see the mess we have made down here"
"I like to think that he can see it maybe not in person and he definitely can't make anymore of his smart ass comments about the huge mess we are making but who knows maybe he up there laughing at us right now and think how stupid we could be to be in this position"
"Yeah I can hear it now, how did you twomange to get into this situation twice and how did you manage to make it worse and blah blah blah"
"Exactly" we both laugh a little then she adds "but I also like to think that he proud of us for making it through the rough parts starting families, having kids, getting married he's actually probably a big reason why I got married anyways"
"Yeah that was Jackson I remember one time he came home so tired and exhausted that he started talking about his day and just starting talking about how you and wesley were fighting and you were awful to ride with"
"Wow that snitch" we laugh again and this is the first time since we found Damon that i've laughed and I catch a peak at Tim and Jack in the kitchen and I love what I see
"He's going to be a great dad" I say
"Yeah he is but you are going to be an even better mom I've seen you with kids and your great Jack loves you, Tamra looks up to you, Lila loves you, you should hear the things that kid has to say about you"
"Really"
"Yes and it's just a matter of time till Leah falls in love with you too I mean seriously the kids love you and if I'm being honest I think my little baby girl is already starting to favor her aunt lucy"
"Angela you don't know how much this means" I say with tears in my eyes
"I think I do" we start talking about other things and eat lunch Tim tries to get Tamra to come eat but it fails and she refuses to come out of her room and Tim brings her a plate and eats with the rest of us the angela and Jack leave and it now almost dark and I'm exhausted so Tim tells me to head to bed and he'll check on Tamra
Tim's pov
Lucy goes to bed and I go and check on Tamra I knock on her door and I don't get an answer so I open the slowly to see if she's awake she is
"Hey T you wanna talk about it"
"No I don't Tim"
"Ok well you haven't said very much since we were back at the station so I just thought maybe you want to talk about it"
"No I don't want to talk about how I'm being targeted by a psycho Tim and we both know that if either of you get the chance you are going to trade my life for your actual daughters life" this is the first time I've ever seen Tamra cry
"T we would never ok you are as much our family as this baby ok get that in your head now and we could never make a choice like that even if it was the last option we would find another way"
"But I'm not just as much family Tim she is literally your blood family I'm some girl lucy picked off the streets who you used to call her puppy" with every word Tamra just ends up crying more
"Can I give you hug" I ask her
"What"
"A hug you seem like you need one" she finally looks at me and when I open my arms she comes running into them
