SILENT FLAMES OF HEALING || TAEHYUNG FF ||

Part 4

Y/n gets up from bed, takes the fever pills placed nearby, and goes back to sleep. Despite feeling unwell, she wakes up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for Taehyung. As she serves the plates on the table, Taehyung comes downstairs and asks her if she's feeling better, to which Y/n hums in reply. Taehyung then sits down to have breakfast while Y/n goes to the kitchen to have her own. Just as Taehyung is about to leave after finishing his meal, he turns back and loudly tells Y/n “ do not call me if you again feels unwell,call the manager instead, as I might be busy ”. Y/n murmurs that she won't call anyone, knowing that nobody would care if something happened to her.Then she goes to her room to rest and thinks about it, but soon receives a call. "Hello?" Y/n answers, “ Do not call the manager..call me instead” taehyung said in his deep voice and hangs up, leaving Y/n lost in thought. After resting for a while, Y/n resumes her household chores. Time passes, and Taehyung returns home, calling for Y/n again. Y/n comes out of the kitchen, and Taehyung calls her to sit with him. Y/n sits on the couch near him, her health still not great, and asks him “Do you need something?”. Taehyung informs her that her dad is collaborating with his company and needs her signature on some papers.Confused, as her dad never mentioned such a need to her before, Y/n hesitates but eventually signs the blank pages as instructed by Taehyung. Taehyung then takes the papers and goes to his room. Upon reaching his room, he makes a call and “ As you said Divorce can happen now and  Y/n has signed the blank papers ” The person on the other hand  tells him that “ you need to stay with Y/n for six months before getting a divorce then only we can go for further”.Taehyung agrees, saying he'll stay for the required time and instructs the person to prepare the divorce papers on the blank pages, which he'll give him the next day on which y/n has signed. He then starts talking to himself about how the collaboration with Y/n's dad will benefit his father's company, and he doesn't need anything else but only profits .Y/n feels dizzy again and decides to prepare dinner before going to her room. She knocks on Taehyung's door to inform him that dinner is ready, then goes back to her room, lost in her thoughts. Like the previous night, she takes care of herself and falls asleep.

As days passed by, Y/n gradually recovers from her illness..."Where's breakfast, Y/n?" Taehyung asks, and Y/n replies, "It's Sunday today, and yet you still want to do the office work." Taehyung remains silent for a while, then says, "Do you care? I just asked if breakfast is ready or not, don't say anything extra." Y/n gets a little upset and serves breakfast for Taehyung. After having breakfast, they both get back to their respective work. Taehyung sits on the couch, and then Y/n asks, "Did the work between you and dad got done?" Taehyung hums in response. Y/n then sits next to Taehyung and asks, " t-taehyung... I haven't gone out for a long time... and now that I'm fine and you're free too, shall we go out for somewhere?" Y/n herself was confused about how she mustered up the courage to ask Taehyung. Taehyung replied, "Do not bother me, Y/n... I'm busy." Hearing this, Y/n lowers her gaze and goes upstairs to her room. Taehyung looks towards Y/n's room and feels uneasy about how he talked to Y/n, so he goes to her room. He knocks on Y/n's door, and after a while, Y/n opens the door and looks at Taehyung. Taehyung says, "Don't take too long, get ready quickly... I won't wait much longer," and leaves the room. Y/n is shocked for a moment because Taehyung is taking her out, that too for a drive. Y/n pinches herself as she thinks she's dreaming, but no, she wasn't. Then Y/n quickly gets ready and comes outside. Taehyung is sitting on the couch, waiting for Y/n, and when his gaze meets Y/n, she looks very pretty. Taehyung had never seen her like this before, and he just keeps staring at her. Then Y/n says, "I'm ready... let's go." Taehyung nods and leads her outside where his car is parked. Y/n follows Taehyung, gets into the car, and Taehyung starts the engine, and they drive off. "Where do you wanna go?" Taehyung asks. Y/n looks at Taehyung hesitantly because she can't believe his words, and then Taehyung asks again, "Where?" "D-Don't know..." "Then let's go where I'm taking you," Y/n hums in response. Y/n is still in shock that Taehyung, who was so busy with his work, is doing all this. Taehyung stops the car, and at that moment, he receives a call and answers, "Yes... well send me the emails.. I will check and send you." Taehyung tells Y/n, "We won't go today, maybe some other day." Y/n is a little disappointed by Taehyung but thinks that after all, his work is important, so why would he come out just for a walk. He turns the car around and speeds back home, immediately turning on his laptop to check his emails. Y/n, feeling upset and disappointed, and quietly goes back to her room.
