SILENT FLAMES OF HEALING || TAEHYUNG FF ||

Part 5

Taehyung checks his emails before heading to his room. He thinks of taking a rest and decides to take a deep nap for some time. However, he receives an important call that wakes him up. When he checks the time, he realizes he slept for 2 hours. In a rush, he answers the call and says, 'I need those blank papers today because I won't be in town for a few days. It's better if you send them to me right now so I can complete all the written work today and return them to you.'
After listening carefully, Taehyung replies, 'I'm coming right away.' He goes outside and tries to start his car, but it won't start. Frustrated, he hits the steering wheel and says, 'Damn it.' Determined to get the papers, he hops on his bike and heads to the destination. When he arrives, he quickly goes to the man's cabin and says, 'Here are the papers.'

The man tells Taehyung that he will get everything done for him that day, so he can leave. However, Taehyung interrupts and says, 'Wait, I'll take the papers with me.' The man agrees, and it takes some  hours to get the papers ready. As Taehyung leaves, it starts raining heavily, adding to his frustration. He sighs and says, 'Damn, why does everything happen at once...'
Finally, the man hands the papers to Taehyung and offers to drop him home due to the heavy rain. Taehyung politely declines and decides to go by bike. The man gives him a waterproof bag to protect the papers and leaves in his car. As time passes and it gets dark, Taehyung realizes that the rain isn't going to stop anytime soon.
With a determined look in his eyes, Taehyung carefully puts the important papers in the waterproof bag, starts the bike and leaves in the rain. It rains heavily on the way and he gets completely wet.

Meanwhile, y/n, not feeling well again, feels a different kind of discomfort this time. Sharp pains in her abdominal muscles get stronger, making her worried. As she waits anxiously for Taehyung to come back, she hears the sound of his bike approaching.
Feeling relieved, y/n rushes to the door, only to see Taehyung completely soaked. "Quick, get a towel!" Taehyung says urgently as he enters the house. Quickly, y/n grabs a towel, showing her concern for Taehyung's health
"I'll bring you warm water in a bowl to dry off," y/n suggests, showing her caring nature. But Taehyung declines, saying he'll be fine.Then y/n prepare dinner in the kitchen despite her pain. After a while, y/n brings a hot plate of food to Taehyung's room, showing her concern for his health. Knocking softly on the door, she says, "Taehyung, please open the door. Eating dinner will make you feel better." Taehyung slowly opens the door, revealing his tired and sickly appearance, surprising y/n.
"I told you to soak in warm water, but you never listen to me...right!" Y/n says angrily to Taehyung, but Taehyung just hums in response. Y/n checks Taehyung's fever by placing her hand on his forehead, and he has a very high fever. Y/n takes Taehyung to her room because he had refused to let her go to his room. She tells Taehyung to sit on the bed and asks, "Did you take your fever pills?" "Y-yes," he replied in a trembling voice."You lie down on the bed...I'll bring a towel and a bowl of cold water, wait," y/n says to Taehyung in a comforting voice, but Taehyung replies in a cold voice, "No need, I'll go to my own room." Taehyung was sitting on the bed, about to get up when y/n grabs his hand and says politely, "Please, wait...you're not feeling well at all, let me take care of you, hmm." She then gently persuades Taehyung to lie down on the bed and asks him to wait. Then, she quickly goes to the kitchen and brings back some items. Sitting beside Taehyung, Y/n gently dips a soft towel in a bowl of cool water and wrings out the excess. With a caring smile, she starts to sponge Taehyung's forehead, providing soothing relief from the fever. Taehyung starts to feel a bit better and drifts off to sleep.

Meanwhile, Y/n's abdominal muscles start to ache again, this time more painfully. She panics, clutching her stomach with both hands, tears streaming down her face. Despite her own pain, she stays by Taehyung's side throughout the night, never leaving him alone. She holds his hand gently, whispering comforting words, assuring him that he's not alone. Y/n's eyes are filled with worry as she continues to tend to Taehyung, wiping his forehead with a cool cloth. She stays awake, filled with pure devotion, ensuring that he feels comfortable during this difficult time. As morning arrives, Taehyung slowly opens his eyes and takes a deep breath. He sits up, looking at Y/n, who had been holding his hand and had fallen asleep beside him. Taehyung gently moves his hand, waking Y/n up. Y/n blinks sleepily, a mix of sleepiness and concern on her face. Seeing Taehyung awake, she smiles softly but with worry, and reaches out to touch his forehead and cheek, relieved to see him recovering.
