Ootani POV

Lately, Anna-chan has been in a really bad mood. She barely touched her food. I wonder if it's because she's still traumatized from that accident. Even though it was her fault that they captured Endou, I wonder if Ichiouchi had anything to do with it. I know he's with Orion and all, but he doesn't really seem like a bad guy. Earlier, when I went to get batteries for the camera, I saw him talking to a mysterious guy wearing all black. He said, "We will cut the medical treatment for your brother." That's all I could hear. Could he be doing this to save his brother because he's sick and being forced to do all this?

I wish there was a way for me to help him out because he doesn't seem that bad.

(Ootani still hasn't noticed her feelings)

Anna POV:

It's no surprise that Bernard always seemed to know everything about me, and Couch Zhoa used to work for Orion when my father was still around. He said it's not time for me to come back yet, so he must have a plan, right? All these thoughts running through my head.

I decided to change my mood by looking for some relaxing music on my phone, but instead, I found another follow request from none other than Nosaka Yuma. Great, my mood was already bad, and now it's even worse. Of course, I rejected it again. I'm not sure if I actually liked him or if I just thought we were similar. Why does my heart keep pounding like crazy when I think of him?

I need to keep my thoughts together and remember that he's in the past.

The match started, and I had no idea what was happening. Everyone seemed confused, and my stomach was in knots. What is Couch Zhoa's plan that he was talking about?

I felt a sharp pain in my chest and excused myself to the bathroom. It felt like another one of those attacks, but this one was more severe than the others. I knew I needed to see Dr. Henry later, as it felt like I was having a heart attack.

I reached into my pocket and took a handful of medicine. Hopefully, this would help lower the pain for now. After sitting for a moment to collect myself, I returned to the team.

Everyone looked down, but then Nosaka Yuma appeared. Everyone was happy to see him back, and even I was relieved that at least the technician came.

Couch Zhoa gave me the captain's band and asked me to give it to him. Why, Couch, why? I'm trying to avoid the guy as much as possible. I put on a fake smile and handed over the captain's band.

Nosaka: Thanks (with a wide smile)

Anna: just smiled back
Inner thoughts: No, Anna, you can't let this smile fool you again. Stay strong, stupid heart, why do you keep pounding? Back to being cold Anna.

It seemed like when Nosaka appeared, Ichihoshi was shocked to see him because he thought he had eliminated all obstacles in his way. During the match, he communicated with the other players on Uzbekistan's team and passed the ball to Nosaka to to catch him in a trap of Eternal Dancers players As he almost hit his head, I stood up. I realized my feelings for him were still getting in the way. Ichihoshi was taking things too far, but God knows Nosaka dodged it. In the end, Nosaka used Grand Omega. Oh, I didn't see that coming! It was a smart move to end the match quickly. I noticed that Coach Zhao was distracting the referee, so that was their plan all along. Now it all makes sense.
