Inside the wrecked car, Akshara is trapped, unable to move. She’s dazed, her head resting against the steering wheel, and blood is trickling down her forehead. Her vision blurs, and she feels faint, struggling to stay conscious. The car’s airbags are deployed, but the damage is severe, and she’s stuck, unable to free herself.

Akshara tries to speak, but her voice is faint, barely audible over the static of the call.

Akshara (weakly): "Abhi…Abhi…"

But Abhimanyu cannot hear her. The connection is failing, and all that reaches him are fragments of her voice mixed with interference. His mind races with fear, imagining the worst. He quickly grabs his keys and rushes out of his office, his heart pounding.

Abhimanyu (running to his car, frantically calling out): "Akshu, main aa raha hoon! Hold on! Tumhe kuch nahi hoga, main aa raha hoon!"

He speeds down the road, navigating through traffic recklessly, his eyes burning with tears of frustration and fear. Abhimanyu’s thoughts are only on Akshara—her safety, her smile, and the terror of losing her.

Abhimanyu (talking to himself, fighting back his panic): "Please, Mahadev, Akshara ko kuch mat hone dena. Mujhe usse milne do, safe and sound."

Meanwhile, at the accident site, passersby start to gather, trying to help Akshara. Someone calls for an ambulance, and they work to pry the door open, pulling her out carefully. Akshara’s consciousness fades in and out as she struggles to keep her eyes open, trying to focus on the kind faces around her.

Random Person (to Akshara, comforting): "Aapko kuch nahi hoga, ambulance bas aa rahi hai. Himmat rakhiye."

Akshara’s vision blurs completely, and she slips into unconsciousness just as the ambulance arrives. The paramedics rush to stabilize her, strapping her onto a stretcher and quickly moving her into the vehicle. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu arrives at the scene, his car screeching to a halt as he runs towards the ambulance, his heart in his throat when he sees Akshara, bloodied and unconscious.

Abhimanyu (voice choked, tears streaming down): "Akshu! Please, tumhe kuch nahi hoga. Main yahin hoon, bas thoda sa sabar… sab theek ho jayega."

He holds her hand tightly, his grip firm yet trembling, refusing to let go as the ambulance races towards the hospital. His mind is filled with prayers, guilt, and an overwhelming fear of losing the one person who means the world to him.

The hospital corridor is in chaos. Abhimanyu rushes through the hallway, pushing Akshara's stretcher towards the Operation Theater. His face is pale, eyes red from crying, and his heart is pounding with every step he takes. He holds her hand tightly, his tears falling on her cold, limp hand.

Abhimanyu (his voice breaking, whispering): "Akshara... please... tumhe kuch nahi hoga. Main tumhe kuch nahi hone dunga."

The medical team around him is quick and efficient, but they can see the panic in his eyes. As they reach the OT, they move Akshara onto the operating table. Abhimanyu wipes his tears, trying to control himself as he steps back, watching her lifeless form lying there. He knows he has to be strong, but every second feels like an eternity.

Nurse (softly, to Abhimanyu): "Dr. Abhimanyu, we need to get started. Aap please jaldi aaye"

Abhimanyu nods, his throat too tight to speak. He reluctantly lets go of Akshara's hand, feeling a deep ache in his chest as he steps away to change. He returns moments later, dressed in his surgical scrubs, and takes a deep breath before entering the OT again. His eyes are glued to Akshara, and he whispers a silent prayer.
