Fear of loosing her

Malik's POV
Maya had woken up,she walked into our room.We had a small bed in our room for Maya,we only allowed her to sleep in her own room during afternoons.

She looked sad.
Maya:dada
Malik: come baby(she came to me,I carried her onto the bed)
Maya:night,night with mama and dada

Malik: offcourse.(I placed her in the middle of us.Muina was lying facing us,Maya snuggled into her.She was officially a Mama's girl,my mission was complete.)

Muina was asleep yet, instinctively grabbed Maya into her arms.I cuddled them both causing Maya to giggle.
Maya: daddy, warm
Malik:daddy kisses(I started kissing her all over causing her to giggle)

Muina:shh(muina said in her sleep.The next day, the usual, I would always put Maya on muina's chest to wake her up.)

Maya kept touching muina's face, she also drooled on her causing muina to wake up.She giggled.
Muina:you naughty girl (she started tickling Maya, causing her to Burst out giggling.Muina then smiled at me)

But her smile was sad,it was like a good bye smile.Why did it scare me so much.The whole day I was beside her and Maya scared to loose her.

That night we watched Maya's favourite cartoon together.Which was Aladdin.I couldn't help but hold muina close.
Muina: what's wrong?
Malik: nothing (she nestled into my chest,Maya was sitting beside muina shooving her face with snacks.Muina took it away.she looked at muina with sad eyes)

Muina:those eyes won't work on me.(she then handed Maya an apple,Maya still frowned) remember? Jasmine from Aladdin got it for those poor kids.It called kindness,so am giving you mine.

Maya:thank you Mama(she ate the apple.The next day,I was Abit relaxed because muina had been moving in her sleep.we did our normal routine,I brought Maya to a sleeping muina and placed her on her chest.
