"YOU HAVE... TWO BIOLOGICAL CHILDREN?!?!" exclaimed Tim.

Bruce brought up his palm to his forehead and began to regret his confession.

"I still have yet to confirm our relation." replied Bruce.

Tim scoffed.

"You mean to tell me this whole time you had NO IDEA you had... not one... BUT TWO!!! Children! With the DAUGHTER OF RA'S AL GHUL!?" yelled out Tim.

"Yes. I had no idea." confessed Bruce.

"I can't believe this. You gave me all those lessons... you know?" said Tim, awkwardly.

Bruce glared at Tim once more.

"It was an accident. But Talia made sure she capitalized on the opportunity." stated Bruce.

"It's a bit more than capitalization... Bruce." said Tim.

"Look, it's only for a while they'll be with me. Ra's is dead. Talia knows they're out for her and the children. Until I can confirm everything, they've been spending their days at the manor." said Bruce.

Tim was shocked at the revelation.

"So you're telling me.... they're both Assassins? How do you know they didn't send them to spy on you? What if this is some master plan they have? Bruce... you're Batman!! You're better than this!" exclaimed Tim.

"You're right, I am better. That's why I took all of you in. This is no different" replied Bruce.

Tim began to pace back and forward in disbelief. Before turning to face Bruce, once more.

"So... you think you got room for one more?" asked Tim, abruptly.

Bruce paused for a moment, before shortly getting closer to Tim.

"Tim, you know the manor will always be your home. Alfred would kill me if I kicked you out." confessed Bruce.

Tim let out a small chuckle.

"But I am warning you.... they're not easy. Well... Damian. He's still a bit rough around the edges. Shuxin... she's... emotional." stated Bruce.

"Oh... so there's a girl?" asked Tim.

"Yes. She's never trained formally. From what I've gathered... she's the normal one." said Bruce.

"So this Damian.... I'm guessing he's going to be your next Robin?" asked Tim.

Bruce took a moment to consider his wording on his next answer. He knew Tim was sensitive about the Robin mantle. The same way the other's had been as well.

But now that he was Red Robin, he felt it was the perfect transition for Tim. From trainee to mentor. He'd be a great influence for Damian and maybe Shuxin as well.

"Depends. I don't think he's ready.... I would appreciate your help." replied Bruce.

"Really? You want me to train the next Robin?" said Tim, as he displayed a face of pure gleam.

"I think it would be good for all of us." replied Bruce.

"Deal!" exclaimed Tim.

As the pair had kept their conversation going. The sun had begun to raise in Gotham. The night was finally over and it was time for the Batman and Red Robin to "retreat" back into their sanctuary.

"Let's go home, Tim."

AUTHORS NOTE: Sorry for being away for so long. I'm gonna post these two chapters for now. They're a bit short. But I just wanted to give some background on the Tim situation. Happy reading!
