I woke up to the sun shining directly into my eyes. I was confused at first, not knowing where I was. But then, I remembered the little room under the stairs, the bet, and Bradley's kiss. I smiled to myself. Finally.

I got up and wanted to do my morning sit-ups. But I quickly realized that there was not enough space for it in this tiny room. So, I walked into the living room. And then I saw it: the junk. I have totally forgotten about the party that was held here yesterday. The living room, the hallway, and the kitchen were busted. I looked around, not spotting Bradley, so I assumed he was still sleeping. I signed and started cleaning up the mess. Starting with putting the food away and alcohol as well, proceeding to pick up the big trash into a trash back.

When one trash bag was full, I went outside to put it in the trash can, when I spotted the crazy girl still sleeping on the sidewalk from yesterday. I put the trash out and went back inside, making sure I locked the door behind me in case she would wake up. I cleaned up further. When I picked all of the trash up, I vacuumed a little, being worried at first that Bradley would wake up, but luckily, he didn't. The living room was done. The same with the hallway. The only place left was the kitchen.

I was washing dishes when I spotted the bloody knife I was stabbed with yesterday. I panicked slightly, remembering a different night from a different night. No, it's not the same knife. You are safe. I told myself, shook my head, and continued to wash the dishes. I couldn't bring myself to wash the knife, so I took it outside and laid it next to the sleeping beast.

I returned to the house and finished the cleaning. The house was sparkling when I was done. I wanted to work out, but my stomach rumbled, signalizing I needed food. So I went back to the kitchen, looking into all of the drawers and cupboards, not knowing what to do for breakfast. Pancakes. The idea came into my mind the moment I saw Maple syrup in a cupboard. And so, I made some- from scratch. 'Cus I ain't no rookie.

When I was done, I put a few on my plate and covered the rest for Bradley. I also took some pain meds out for Bradley, in case he had a headache from the alcohol. I ate my pancakes, lost in my thoughts. Yesterday, I kissed Bradley. Would like to do it again.

I heard faint footsteps. At first, I thought it was the crazy girl, but from my spot, I could see her still sleeping on the sidewalk through the window. Just then, Bradley came into my view, still dressed in yesterday's clothes. He rubbed his eyes groggily, looking tired.

"Morning sunshine. How did you sleep?" I asked, sounding like a husband. Not that I mind. "Morning. I smelled something sweet..." "Oh, yeah. I made pancakes and I left some for you. There they are," I said, pointing toward the place I left the pancakes at. Bradley nodded, murmured thank you, and slowly ate his pancakes, standing up, and leaning on the countertop.

I put the dishes away and went to the living room. "Oh! By the way, there is a glass of water with a pain pill on your left, if you're not feeling well," I said over my shoulder, already getting into the position to start my workout.

As I started with the sit-ups, I saw Bradley silently choking on his food, his eyes wide open, staring at me, blushing. "What? Like what you see~?" I teased, pleased with the reaction. He didn't even come up with a comeback, just stuffed his face with pancakes. He totally liked what he saw.

As Bradley finished eating, I finished with my workout, getting up and walking into the kitchen, taking the plate out of Bradley's hand to wash it. "You just go and clean yourself up." He was halfway up the stairs, when he turned around and stared at me for a while. "What happened yesterday? I don't remember a thing. A total window. Did something happen?" he asked, looking at me intensively. "Well, you helped me by drugging my kidnapper." I joked. "Yeah, I remember that. I also remember you freaking out about something and me following you to the bathroom. But that's where my memories end. What happened in the bathroom?"
