- [Before Reaction 1: Mag-Ama Uncertainty] -

After the first reaction held by Soph, everyone took a 10-min-break. Soph went to her room where she rests. Some went to the restroom; some still stay on their seats to have a chat with others or rest and some went to the table to eat and drink. Ace on the other hand, rushes to the table and grabbed a lot of food and drinks. Others were shocked and annoyed by Ace's speed of grabbing meals without blinking. Typical Ace being a glutton pirate that gobbles up all edible and tasty food like Luffy as usual. But little did the latter know he is about to meet someone he isn't prepared to face.

"Mhm!!! These meals are delicious! Oh, how I miss eating a lot." Ace comments while munching his food.

"Ace! Eat before you speak! You're literally spitting out food debris here!" Thatch grumbled angrily at Ace's manner.

"What are you, my mom?!" Ace gobbles up his food.

Thatch just sighed in frustration and Marco just shook his head then shrugs. Whitebeard in the other hand, just laughs boomingly again. While Ace is still in a middle of eating, he felt a presence of someone he should not face. He turned around and saw Roger who is literally beside him. He froze as he glares at Roger with his eyes widened, yet Roger on the other hand doesn't even recognize that his son is beside him all along. Sabo noticed them first about the situation may occur.

"!!!... Ace..." Sabo spoke quietly.

"Sabo-kun? What's going on?" Koala questioned.

"Ace and the... Pirate King is beside each other... I can tell it will be a problem..." Sabo sweat dropped and felt anxious.

"Oh...? Is that so... We should not interfere." Ivankov answered.

Everyone finally noticed the two and kept their silence, yet their eyes are laid upon the two and listened. Roger firstly noticed a food that made him curious to taste.

"Ooh! This one is very interesting..." Roger spoke.

But as Roger is about to grab the food, Ace smacked Roger's hand, it flinched Roger and stares at Ace with confusion yet unperturbed at the same time. Ace on the hand, stood there and glares at him. Ace still felt the hatred towards the man he is facing right now. The man who he said to be the "demon blood" that was through his veins and died after the war. Roger questioned the latter.

"Hm? Why would you hit my hand like that?" Roger raised his eyebrow.

"..." Ace have no comment at all and clenches his fist while glaring Roger.

The Straw Hat Crew saw this moment coming, yet they do not interfere.

"Say young man, I can tell you are glaring at me with anger. What is it that you have hiding hm?" Roger looking at Ace's eyes with a nonchalant expression.

"You're... You're the reason why I..." Ace felt his hesitation and uncertainty of telling him the reason.

"You're the reason why I didn't get to live with freedom! As I hold that darn blood of yours running through my veins!" Ace shouted with anger.

"Hm?" Roger blinks in confusion. 

"Don't you understand?! You even left my mother... My mother to suffer and willingly to sacrifice her life to protect me!" Ace continued.

"Wait what...?" Roger's eyes widened in shock.

Ace groan and grumbles with anger. Boy you can tell his hatred is intense. But then Whitebeard held Ace's shoulder making the latter flinch and turns his head to Whitebeard.

"Oyaji...?" Ace pants.

"Ace, you are still holding that grudge. But remember, it already happened. Do you still want to make this atmosphere end up with another predicament?" Whitebeard said.
