The whole night Akansha pretended to be fine, but her thoughts were eating her alive.
"He cannot like me" she kept repeating these words, as if it were giving her a sense of satisfaction.
Meanwhile we all know that jay indeed does like her, like is a small word for what jay feels, he would burn down the whole world if it meant that Akansha would accept him.
The next morning, after saying goodbye to Ankita, she went to her home. She had told her parents that she'll be staying at Ankita's place the night before so everything was clear.
She reached home by 8 am, as she had to get ready for the office too. Will I have to face him today? Does he really like me?
These questions were driving her mad. Everyone was settled in the dining area when she came home.
"I'll just get ready and then I'll come down for breakfast" she said to her mother.
And went upstairs. She took out her outfit, and went into the shower.
she let the boiling water run over for quite sometime, as if it was providing her relief from all the stress.
She didn't even realise that she had been in there for half an hour, it was after her mother called for her that she realised where she was.
"Coming maa" she shouted turning off the shower. She quickly got dressed. She wore a simple kurti. Put on a lil makeup and went downstairs.
