Just when I thought things were working out for me, it just ended up getting worse...

I'm writing this on a frenzy...if the book has blood, that's probably the reason. Yingjie got hurt during one of his travels. Stab wound to the side.

I couldn't risk hiding my identity anymore, I transformed back into my original form, scaring off the bandits and taking back what they stole.

I had to use M̶a̶c̶q̶q̶u̶e̶'s my scarf as a makeshift bandage, the wound is deep...damn it!

Why wasn't I fast enough?!

I had to close the wound and take him back to Flower Fruit Mountain...for now he's stopped bleeding, I don't know if it's gonna last...

Maybe Master's healing spells can be used despite not being a monk?

I made a last minute resort, oh god what am I doing? What have I done? I'm so stupid-

I didn't know what to do- the wound opened up again and- oh god he was bleeding so fast, he was choking out blood- I had to-!

I resorted to giving him one of the Peaches...those Peaches...it should- it should hold him off for a few years at least...or days, I did smush it into liquid...

I don't know if turning it into liquid will minimize the effect, but for now it looks like he can hold off...I need to...stitch back the wound...oh god...

I should probably find a needle and thread somewhere...

He hasn't moved a muscle, but I've been checking his heartbeat...he flinched every now and again when I tried to close the wound...

So he's still alive good...

Maybe the peach worked after all...

The wound is closed up, thankfully, Yingjie woke up shortly after, I told him not to sit up or it might cause the wound to burst...I didn't have that much medical practice to know though...

Maybe I could find a few healing herbs somewhere...? I know Flower Fruit Mountain probably has a bunch of those lying around...unless I already gathered them all...

On the other hand maybe I should look into cooking lessons...as far as I know, humans can't solely survive on fruit... (Why is he always human?)

He's waking up now...

He's weak...
I've fed him, given him water but he's obviously weak...
I can't do this...why can't he heal? I did everything right! Why doesn't he heal?

What am I supposed to do...?

He still looks weak...the wound hasn't healed...was it really that deep?

I haven't slept in a while...I've been putting him on life support giving him immortal peach juice...turns out it only lasts a few days at least...

At least the wound isn't bleeding out...
He wakes up momentarily to talk to me, thanking me for helping him...I couldn't respond back...I couldn't guarantee he'd live, all I can do is hope for the best...

I left momentarily to find a few monks...healers at least...I tried Master's staff...but that doesn't work...

I'm guessing he was more adept because he was the reincarnate of the Golden Cicada...according to him it actually took years for most experienced Monks to Master what he learned...I don't have years...

I haven't seen a Monk do healing magic yet...so I'll keep searching for the time being...
