"Hey! You guys picked a great campsite. The grass is so soft."Toph explained making me look down at her to see her wriggling her toes in Appa's fur.
"That's not grass. Appa's shedding."I awkwardly responded as I kissed my teeth.
"Oh, gross!"Katara exclaimed as she looked down at Appa's fur as I gently stroked his forehead.
"That's not gross, it's just a part of spring. You know, rebirth, flowers blooming and Appa gets a new coat."I responded as Appa licked my face making me giggle before I stepped aside to start setting up for camp.
"Ah, the beauty of spring."Katara sarcastically responded as she waved her arms around swatting the fur away.
"It's not that bad, Katara. It makes a great wig!"Sokka joked as he turned around with Appa's fur on his head making me giggle.
"And a great beard!"Aang responded as he turned around with a 'beard' around his face.
"I'm just glad we finally have other girls in the group, because you two are disgusting."Katara responded as she wrapped her arm around mine.
"Excuse me, does anyone have a razor? Because I've got some hairy pits!"Toph responded as she raises her arms, revealing that she had stuffed fur in her sleeves.
I places my hand over my mouth as I giggled at Toph. Aang sneezes which sent himself flying backward. The big sneeze causes him to crash against Appa's leg and his impact made Appa's fur blow off us and himself making us all laugh.
"Lets set up for camp."I announced as I helped Aang up before I went into the woods to collect wood.
Once I had gathered all the wood I placed all of it in the center before I created a little spark and shot it towards the wood creating a small camp fire.
"So Toph, usually when setting up camp, we try to divide up the work."Katara said making me stand up slightly to look up at the both of them.
"Hey, don't worry about me. I'm good to go."Toph nonchalantly said as she shrugged her shoulders.
"Well, actually what I'm trying to say is some of us might fetch water, while someone else might set up the fire pit, or put up the tent. Even Momo does his fair share."Katara explained as she grabbed several berries from Momo.
"Katara, I'm fine. I can carry my own weight. I don't need a fire, I've already collected my own food and look, my tent's all set up."Toph responded as she earth bended herself a tent.
"Well, that's great for you, but we still need to finish--"
"I don't understand what's the problem here!"Toph yelled in anger interrupting Katara.
"Never mind."Katara responded as she walked away from Toph.
"I don't understand. Why isn't she helping?"Katara asked in frustrating as she made her was towards me.
"Katara, she just made it to the team. Allow her to adjust to being apart of the group."I responded as placed my hand on her back which made her huffed in frustration before she walked away.
I sighed as I watched her walk away before I started making dinner. After I had dished up for everyone we all ate before we went to sleep.
"There's something coming toward us!"Toph yelled making me sit up awake as I turned to face her.
"What is it?"I yawned as I pushed the sleeping bag off my body before I stood up to see smoke from afar.
"It feels like an avalanche, but also not an avalanche."Toph responded ad she pressed her hand on the ground.
