the last few minutes of the car ride were silent and honestly awkward. Once we got there we headed for the front door. I hadn't had time
To pick up my cats so the house was quiet . Marina walked as I closed the door behind her. Turning on the lights, Marina looked back at me.

" you have a beautiful home!" She said shyly.

"I can make some popcorn and put on a movie if you'd like?" I suggested

I quickly stood up to make popcorn and handed her the remote.

"You can choose what we watch!!" I said. She smiled as she grabbed the remote from my hands. Our fingers slightly touched, I felt her flinch a bit. But I didn't mention it.

As I was making popcorn I had the feeling someone was watching me. I turned around to see Molly staring at me. I pretended not to see. As I went back with the popcorn, I placed it on my lap as I opened up a blanket and spread it out over both of us. I placed the popcorn over the blanket in between us, she had picked to watch forensic files, My favorite show. Did she know? Or was it just a coincidence?
