01: EASY COME, EASY GO

Everything comes and go for people who have attained stardom.  Nothing can make them really happy anymore, so they became lenient about their lives until it falls into ruins.

They desperate try to find such a fleeting happiness to comfort themselves from their lonely reality. Only in the end they think what they had done and try to blame it to another people.

“Miss Zaylee, inimbita po kayo ni direk Henry na pumunta sa celebratory party para po sa successful movie nyo. How should I respond?” Vincent, her manager asked while looking at his work phone. Mayroon din syang mga dalang ibang mga gamit ng artistang kanyang pinagsisilbihan pero ito sagabal sa kanya dahil matagal na sya sa trabahong ito.

“Tell him that I will be there, just ask for the location and time.” Vincent nods at her employer’s order and did it immediately.

Nakarating na sila sa PUV na na ginagamit ng artista sa trabaho. Pinagbuksan ni Vincent si Zaylee at hinayaang makapagpahinga sa katatapos lang na photoshoot para sa isang sikat na magazine. Samantalang si Vincent naman ay nilagay sa likod na parte ng sasakyan at dumiretso sa driver’s seat. Pinaandar na ni Vincent ang PUV papunta sa condominium kung saan nakatira ang artista.

Zaylee Jennings Is now currently at the peak of her fame because of her brilliant acting skills that helped her cement her name in the entertainment industry. Her family didn’t support her dreams of becoming an actress, saying that the chance is too slim for her to be noticed by everyone.

Habang nakatingin lang sa mga dumadaan na tao at sasakyan ang mga niya, nasasagi sa kanyang isipan ang mga salitang binato sa kanya ng kanyang mga magulang bago sya tuluyang umalis sa kanilang puder;

“Anak, mahirap tuparin ang pangarap mo, hindi namin kaya ng papa mo. Pwede bang humanap ka nalang ng iba? Para sa ikabubuhay ng mga nakababata mong kapatid.”

 

“Sinasabi ko sayo, wala kang mararating sa pag aartista! Babalik ka rin dito sa pamamahay ko!”

 

But despite from all of that, she thrives and thrives to achieve her dream. She worked tirelessly from day to night despite having only minor or extra roles. She practiced in the shadows to perfect and memorize all the lines that may not even be significant to stay in the people’s minds that long. She did all of that until she was recognized by talented and veteran individuals in the industry. She started to become the topic of everyone and become a headline on every news outlet and social media platforms.

But as long as she stays beneath the limelight of her dreams, only then she realized how lonely it is to be the only one within it.

“Miss Zaylee, nakarating na po tayo sa venue ng party.” Pagpapaalam nito sa kanya.

“Salamat sa paghatid, Vincent.”

Binuksan na ni Zaylee ang pintuan ng van at sumalubong sa kanya ang sandamakmak na flash galing sa mga camera at ilang mga reporters at interviewers galing sa iba’t TV stations at newspaper magazines.

Of course, she is already used to this as she is in the industry for the past 6 years. She walked out of the van, revealing her formal wear – a red asymmetrical dress with its slit reaches her left leg. She elegantly walked at the red carpet while the photographers and reporters trying to break from the guards to interact with her.

Kumaway sya sa mga ito ng may ngiti hanggang sa makapasok na sya sa 5-star hotel kung saan gaganapin ang celebratory party ng pelikula na kanyang pinagbibidahan. Dala ang kanyang handbag, naglakad lakad sya sa gitna ng maraming bisita hanggang nakita nya ang isa sa mga malalapit nyang kaibigan na kasama rin sa palabas.
