Hope you'll like it, doll
(Sorry, I love nicknames no matter what and this fits you)

Ain't no way I'll make you wait that long

You're enough,you're enough, you're enough. I promise you're enough, you're enough, you're enough....I promise you..

Today you had a hard day, your parents were still stern with you. They didn't know what kind of pressure they put on you. You had it bad, worse than Lo'ak you believe. I mean, he was a troublemaker, you were not. So him getting punished for his actions wasn't as surprising. Yet you? You had to train harder, longer. You liked training, truly, but it was just getting too much. No praise or pat on back from your father. No kiss or hug from mother. You felt...lonely, numb. And that led you to the worst thing imaginable for Na'vi. You grabbed a dagger, stared at your wrist for few seconds before you cut through the skin as if it was a paper. You didn't feel it, you were numb, empty. But you were sure you'll regret it in the morning as you made more cuts on the beautiful soft skin covered in markings than before.

It wasn't long before Neteyam came to you, he was the only one who talked to you, listened. He tried to fill in the role of a parent for you since the original couldn't. You knew he already has a lot on his shoulders and you were so glad he came to check on you each night after dinner. He was too sweet for his own good, standing up for Lo'ak and you occasionally. He was your big brother, so he made it his job to care for you all as if you were his own.
The only thing that upset you was that your other siblings didn't show that much interest, not like him, at least. They never mentioned why you didn't talk to them or why you didn't really join family time.

But back to the point, when Neteyam came to check on you, and saw the bloody dagger in your hand and your bleeding wrist, his ears pinned back, his eyes softening as quilt filled his eyes. He felt so bad that you saw this as a solution, but he won't hate you for it. Why would he? You're clearly hurting, and it would be bad to blame you for doing something like this, he knew it would just make it worse. And he definitely didn't want to loose his baby sibling, his little duckling that followed him everywhere when they were a kid. And so, he slowly walked to you, quicker steps yet still soft and steady to not make you panic more. He crouched down and gently lifted the dagger, putting it to the side before taking your smaller hands into his big ones, gently kissing your knuckles as he stared up at you with gentle look in his eyes, loving, caring eyes you knew oh so well.

"Little sister..close your eyes, take deep breath, and exhale.."

He said calmly, wanting to try and calm you down, seeing the tears streaming down your face. You didn't know about them untill you felt his thumb gently wipe them away. Once he did, you did as he asked while he showed you what to do so you could copy him. Soon enough you began to calm down, staring into his eyes as little sobs left you, tears still filling your eyes.

"I-im sorry Nete- I can't - it's too much!"

He nodded, frowning as he wiped the last tear away. His tail wrapped gently around your leg, to make you know he's here to listen.

"Breathe, little one..I know, don't apologise to me, you didn't do anything. I'm not mad or disappointed. I would never be either of those, especially not at you."

You sobbed a few more times, finally calming down as you sighed, looking away.
He only sighed, standing up as he walked away. You ears lowered, thinking he was leaving you but before you could think anymore, he came back with few leaves and medical liquid...you think-
