"You ready, Vicky?"

"Yes. Let's go to Germany!"

Alicia was going to travel to the Euros with Victoria. Her parents planned on going to a few of the matches if they could, but wanted to give her the freedom of traveling with her friend.

"Mum! Dad! We're leaving!"

"Call us if you need anything", said her mum.

"Well, mum. You won't be next door so...".

"We can send whatever you need. Or order it online for you".

"Ok, thank you".

"Have fun honey", told her Oscar. "Say hi to Fermín from us".

"Will do".

"You have fun too, Ali. Look after our girl".

"Always", said Alicia, giving them a salute.

The two friends got inside the taxi that was going to drive them to the airport and soon were on their way to Germany, where the competition was going to take place. They were supposed to go to a few different cities so that was exciting. Neither of them had ever been to Germany before.

"I'll be your translator, Ali".

"You're too confident on those German skills of yours".

"It's going to blow your mind when you see the Germans impressed by how I speak. You'll see".

But what blew Victoria's mind was how beautiful Germany was. She had taken her camera with her and kept taking photos whenever she and Alicia were out.

Going to the matches was also a lot of fun. She got to see Fermín play and she felt such an immense sense of pride.

Alicia also wore Fermín's shirt since he gave her one too and she was regretting it already by the end of match one.

"I feel gross", she said when she got back to their seats with a couple of beers.

"What happened?"

"Well, you see how we are in the family area of the players and I'm wearing Fermín's shirt...someone asked me if I was his girlfriend".

Victoria almost choked on her beer and couldn't stop laughing seeing her friend's face. "I mean...it was an honest mistake".

"Gross! He's like a brother to me".

"So I don't have to worry about you trying to steal my man?", joked Victoria.

"Never. I wouldn't mind if he introduced me to some of his friends though. Like good brothers do".

"I guess we can make that happen".

After the match ended, they were told where they would be able to see the players briefly. Victoria hadn't been able to see Fermín since he left Spain and the wait was already too much for her.

"My shirt looks so good on you", whispered Fermín in Victoria's ear and she jumped. She hadn't noticed him approaching.

"You scared me".

"Maybe a kiss will make you feel better?"

"Just one? After that big scare? I don't know...".

Victoria wrapped her arms around Fermín's neck and laughed noticing how sweaty he was. But she didn't care. She needed to hug and kiss her boyfriend.

"Better?"

"A little. But they'll take you from me soon", she pouted.

"I should go quickly, actually. I have to do some interviews".
